Quick safe and efficient. Boutique Air surprised me with just how easy it is to make a short hop flight (DFW to CVN) and feel safe and comfortable for the whole process. Everybody was very helpful and kept me updated on departure times and flight status. My flight was on a Beechcraft 350 KingAir. A smaller twin engine turboprop aircraft. I say “smaller” that’s actually a bit deceiving because though the fuselage is not large, the amount of room provided at your seat is remarkable. I never felt cramped of constricted. Very comfortable. And it’s remarkably quiet. Nice flight all the way around. Plus, no TSA; no taking your shoes and belt off. No long lines. No rude security people. Just show up. Present ID. Put your bag in the scale. Baddah-bing, your flight is called and you’re in your seat and gently easing into the sky. Actually looking forward to my next flight. Beats driving. Great job...
Read moreThe guy that works the desk at DFW Airport is terribly rude. I was making a cup of coffee as I was waiting for my wife to get out of the bathroom and he was very rude in telling I couldn't stand in that area because it was for pilots. This area is right where you stand to exit the building and board the plane. The were no people or pilots in the area and he should have handled it better. I will not fly with boutique air and will jiat pay a little more to use a different airline. I have never used boutique air but will not as your desk person is the face of...

Cons: (1) No services/restaurants available like in DFW (2) If flying Boutique Air to DFW and then taking a flight out of DFW, you’ll have to be driven the 8 mins, and then go through security at DFW - so those long layovers are a little bit shorter than you might think
Info: (1) If you had a connecting flight, they send a driver (with Boutique Air on the side of the car) to pick you up in the normal passenger pickup area of DFW, and then drive you to here (about...
