I was about ready to freak out due to travel stress and problems when I decided to stop in for some refreshment and chillaxing before my flight. Was able to get an actual table for one person so I could put down my bag and sit on a padded seat and just breathe. The upbeat music and equally upbeat staff made me forget I was ready to scream, and I hadn't even ordered yet! When I did, I got me a margarita that was tame but refreshing. Luckily they have plenty of straight up spirits so I had one of those too. Then I ordered chips and queso, which was about what you'd expect from TGI Fridays, so that's fine. Also had the manager stop by my table and saw her stop by many others in order to check how things were going for customers. What a nice touch! Really glad I decided to drop in here. About ready to fall apart now with gratitude instead of stress, being able to sit a spell and not feel like a burden because I am a solo traveler this day. Read moreUnfortunately, the server was so rude ... from the beginning, I was feeling like she didn't want me there .. every 2 seconds, she was asking me if I was done ...I was eating a New York Steak..it took me time to ate it but not ..she was there asking if I need the check or if I was done with my food. In the end, I forgot a stupid bottle of water...it was a gift for my husband and it was really pretty..I just went to the toilet and then my table was cleaned and the bottle was gone ...I talked with the host and he said nobody was there just the person who cleaned the table ..the server name is Jenny an American person.. rude and with pretty bad behavior ... I spoke with the manager ... yes I really bother them because things like this can be happening...people need to stop with the racist...that's why Americans are so bad ..that's why Americans are not as prosperous as they were..bx they heart is full of envy ..I felt her energy ..she doesn't deserve to work at Fridays... I am really disappointed....
Read moreAfter having my flight cancelled twice I was looking for some where to eat and relax ...I saw the menu for breakfast hanging at the door read it and I thought why not...only to be greeted by a hostess who looked like she did not want to seat anyone .. a frown on her face the whole time .. very un-welcoming.. thankfully my server was pleasant and full of friendliness ...For a frontline greeter maybe their should be a training in customer service and first precieptions... also the greeter/hostess walked by was asked for hot sauce the response was as if it were a burden to trouble them for assistance...it is understood it it is early... but surely they understood the assignment when they accepted the position. This person has the power to add to the joy of a persons day.. if your team choices to. But for this it has to be 4 of 5 the food was great ... the waffle was s little over cooked. But over all for an early morning it was a good...
