Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Grapevine

DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE! 7/14/24 @ 1:54 pm went to store #6144 gate A. I purchased a scone, bagel w/shmear, yogurt parfait, turkey sausage sand Bagel l, and chips. My order was taken by Kaywan D. After taking my order and the order of 3 individuals in front of me and 3 individuals after me she took off. We (clients) looked at her like where are you going? Since we thought that there was no one else at the store. (She was gone for longer than 10 minutes). After we (clients) looked at each other cause one was there to serve our order some guy comes out from the back of the store Mad as he could be. When I finally decided to come up and asked about my food cause my plane was boarding he yelled at me in front of everyone “DO NOT TALKED TO ME AND THROW A SANDWICH ON THE COUNTER”. I was so scared cause it looked like he was going to jump over and beat up everyone there. I left the place without half my order cause I was scared and unable to be helped. I honestly do not know what happened to the rest of the clients but I’m sure they all were scared too. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Get food from...

Starting your day with a tasty bagel sounds great and the bagel was good...the staff however do not represent this company well at all, and if they do then RUN away and do not support them. We ordered what we thought were simple orders, a farmers bagel for me and my friend ordered a coffee. After watching two coffees being served to the two people behind her she finally asked if it might have been forgotten. With a sigh and eye roll she got her coffee, no sorry, no apology. I got my bagel, which was good but I like a little salt but they were out.. I asked and some lady in the back, please tell me she wasn’t the manager, who then barked that the salt was mixed with the pepper. When I said no, I checked, she went on about bring some upstairs yesterday and gave the impression she was just not interested in helping any more. I, as a customer, don’t care you had to actually do your job, I just wanted a packet of salt...and then my friend reached for the cream...which was out. Rude rude staff, Einstein Brothers...get your customer service level up...the manager (I think)...

Terrible service, the two people working there were moving as if it took tremendous effort to lift their arms and legs. The cashier's thick hair covered their eyes entirely which I'm sure was contributing to the delay in getting people's orders into the system since it would have been impossible for them to see properly, and when they finally got through the line and started to help making the bagels they just pushed their hair into a half up ponytail and proceeded to touch the bagels. The line of 6 people for ordering and paying took about 15 minutes, and it took a further 20+ minutes waiting for the overpriced, tasteless bagels. In the time I was there, two people cancelled their order because the staff's tardiness was causing people anxiety about missing their flights, and we had to grab ours half done since our flight was starting to board as well. Do yourselves a favor and just go to Shake...
