Waited in the slowest line only to be told that their credit card machines were down. I opened the app to find that I could order for pickup from this location. You're damn right I included a screenshot so that you can see that I didn't pick the wrong location. So, I placed an order through the app for pickup. I went back to the area next to the line and noticed that no one at the Popeyes was fulfilling any orders other than the ones they took in person. After waiting half an hour, I got in line. After waiting another half an hour in the line, I got to the counter, and told them I had an app order for pickup. The cashier told me that this is an airport location and that they did not "do the app" there and that I needed to "contact the app" for a refund. Also at that time, they ran out of all chicken except for mild breasts. I didn't have time to wait (after all, this is an airport and I had a flight to catch) so I decided to get this fixed later. So, I opened up the chat on the app and tried to get a refund there. The chat bot offered me a $20 coupon, which was less than what I paid to not receive any food, so I rejected it. The chat bot considered the case closed and refuses to do anything else with the order. So, I looked for a phone number to call Popeyes customer service. I called the number only to receive a message saying that they will send me a text message with a link. The link leads back to the chat bot in the app. HOW STUPID. Eventually, I had to lie to the bot to see if I could get another option. I select the option for website/loyalty issue, and asked for a refund there, and specifically said that the $20 coupon does not make me whole, as I spent more than that and received nothing. This opened a ticket where hopefully a human would respond. The person (or bot) that responded to the message, again offering me a $20 coupon, indicating that they did not read what I wrote. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and I will never eat at another Popeyes again for a long as it is under the current garbage ownership of Restaurant Brands International. And to the RBI bot that will inevitably respond to this review, no, there will be no opportunities to serve me in the future. I will never patronize your restaurants again.

The food was overpriced - +$13 for 3 prices of original chicken. The chicken itself, though i could see the cooks throw out some fresh offrrings to the back of the holding tray, they did not appear to sell much and I got chicken that was sittinng in the tray as I started queing. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken (which came with an ice hockey puck - sorry, 'buscuit' - a drumstick, thigh and breast ( had to pay extra money for the breast). The drumstick and thigh chicken were very dry - the drumstick chicken was very very dry and, the drumstick, near black and arid of any moisture. The 'batter' on all three was also so dry and snapped so loud I thought I had broken much jaw. It also had ZERO flavour. First time eating Popeyes and, probably, the last

With only a short lunch break I ran to get some Popeyes at A15 before my flight. As I was in line I noticed one Spicy breast in the basket. I knew for sure they wouldn’t give it out. ( but they did) I was disappointed to find with I got to my gate the chicken was cold dry and extremely small for $12.36. The Mac & cheese was cold. The only thing good was the red beans and rice I called to make the manager aware of this but no one answered the phone. I just wasted $12.00 because it all just went into the garbage. Who can eat this mess!!!!! Totally disappointed.!! Do Better!! The prices you’re charging the food should be fresh & hot!!!

It must be a requirement to be slow and lazy to work at Popeyes. The look of confusion I received after requesting the eating area be cleaned up a bit since it was absolutely disgusting, not a single table without crumbs and sticky crustyness on it and the floor littered with trash and crumbs. We wondered if the workers knew that they were there to work at all. Instead of cleaning up the dining area, it was closed off by moving trash cans to block it off in order to avoid dealing with it all together. Considering there were 8 employees in this tiny airport location, it was not due to lack of help, just straight laziness and poor management. I wish I could say that was all. As each hungry customer ordered they were told, "oh we don't have that ready yet or our prep cook hasn't made that yet". It was 2:30pm, are you not expecting customers today???? Again 8 employees standing around looking at the customers like the customers have done something wrong, rolling eyes, making comments to each other about "how dare the customers ask us to do our jobs". We are just here to participate in a usual routine that many other establishments have no trouble with, order food, pay for food, eat food. I'm not sure why Popeyes struggles with this routine. Get your act together and do the job at hand. You...

Customer service is terrible. There was a very nice young lady who was on the register and I guess her shift was over and a new employee came in and she started with an attitude. After the person left from in front of me I walked up to the counter and very nasty she said oh I am not ready for u you. The other lady beside her who was starting her shift as well asked me if I can wait .. I probably could of but one thing about me .. when I am spending my hard earn money u will not talk to me like I am a child. In this time we living in so many ppl are out of jobs and to have one is a blessing . We all have those days but when u come in to work I live by the mato, check it at the door. This has got to stop. Customer service is what makes a business thrive without it .. u will sink.. since the pandemic ppl have used it as an excuse to be rude, nasty and lazy… and these companies don’t care because they just need bodies. Regardless if it’s fast food or a board room customer services means...
