Poor and slow service. I was the only person in the restaurant at the time. Young man and woman were not interested in helping a live customer. They only concentrated on the pick up order(s). I asked if someone could take my order and told them I was in a bit of a hurry. Nope. Not even a look my way. Just “someone would be with you in a moment”. Finally an lady popped out from the back and took my order. I moved down to the register to pay. They left me hanging there as well. Never turned around when I asked to be rung up. Just said “someone will be with you in a moment. By that time someone else had come in to order. Her order was taken more quickly because the older lady was already at the register. I looked at both employees. Both had their back to the front and neither thought to help the lady. So, I turned around and walked out without my order. I called to complain, and of course, it was no one’s fault. Just that they had phone orders that they were filling. IMO they should focus on the in store customers and get them taken care of quickly so that they can get back to the phone orders. At least one of them should have run the register for the customers (only 2 at this time) because the lady taking the orders could do jobs at once because the registers are each at the opposite end of the counter. One to order and one to pay. I haven’t fully decided if I will go back anytime soon. There are other choices in the area. It’s a shame. I love...
Read moreExtremely disappointed. Ordered three bagels - two breakfast bagels and a cinnamon bagel. Turns out, there are 2 types of cinnamon bagels, a raison cinnamon and cinnamon sugar. I received the raison one, which is not what I wanted. I brought the bagel back and asked to replace it with the correct bagel. Service staff refused because I had taken a bite out of it and explained "that's why they put them on display." I'm not sure why me taking a bite out of it mattered since I assume anything handed to a customer and returned would have to be thrown away. I'll let you decide if that response makes any sense. It seems like if you ask for a cinnamon bagel, not realizing there are two options, they just flip a coin and give you whichever one they feel like giving you, rather than asking for clarification. Then, rather than replacing a bagel that probably cost them 50 cents to make, they refuse and tell you its your fault. The other two bagels were quite good, but this mistake by the service staff somehow became my issue and ruined the whole experience. Extremely...
Read moreThis airport location was bustling in the early morning around 7AM. Staff looked tired, but they were efficient. I got a plain bagel with shmear (plain cream cheese). three flavored cream cheeses were out of stock. I also got a turkey sausage with 2 eggs, but you couldn't tell the difference with the one with 1 egg. The eggs are 3mm thick each and tasted airy and synthetic. Imagine taking an egg and aerating it and adding water. The texture was so soft and porous is just didn't taste or look like an egg. The sausage was also very thin, and the flavor was drowned out by the egg. The bagel had good chew and texture though. I guess $7.50 at the airport doesn't get you much. In general, the food was not impressive and not indicative of the site or staff but the general product offering. Will stop by the TGI Fridays next time for...
