Love the mall. The nail salon not so much.The only one in the mall. When you come in you r high pressured to get certain services. I picked the service for my nails and toes that was in my budget. That was not good enough they high pressure me to get a higher tier of nails service .Not by one employee but 2 employees.I asked both techs how much for my new set of nails.Both ignored me. Asked several times but they were too busy talking to address my needs for cost.I know they both heard me. I was told one price for new set of nails eventually .After another 30 minutes was told it was $ 10 more because they don't do acrylic nails with tips. Dip nails is now done but it was $10 more.So basically I had no choice in what I wanted. Acrylic nails is old way.Dip nails are the Now nails they said. Next fill for powder dip fill was not a fill but I'd pay for a whole new set.What????? My pedicure was not basic but the next tier up. Did not come with getting the old dry skin off with the silver instrument (looks like a cheese grater) that has been included in every other pedicure I've ever had.The tech used a callus stone only.I asked and oh no that's included in the higher priced pedicure which was 68 dollars . So I was so frustrated felt I had no say in what services I wanted Miserable experience. Water was cold to my feet. Asked to have warm water put in basin.Tech turned it on for a few seconds continued to ignore my needs by talking non stop to the tech doing my nails.Water still uncomfortably cold. I was stressed to say the least. Won't be going back there!!!!! Too stressful and customer service was poor. They both talked so much I could not get a word in edge wise. I understand the need to make money for them but offer a higher tier of services but don't ask over and over to get a higher tier of services once the customer said No...
