We've been here a few times. We live two and a half hours away, so only when we are in the area. Everytime we've been, it's been great! This time my daughter and bf got the Rainforest Burger, I believe was the name. As soon as my bf took a bite, his eyes lit up and he said it was "goooood!" I ordered the appetizer with spinach dip, mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders and cha cha chimi's with a side of the half rack ribs. 1. Because the last times it took awhile to get the entrees so I figured we could share and I'd eat the ribs. 2. Because I wanted to try a variety of their stuff. They brought the appetizer and we started in on it, because we had been driving for almost 3 hours and was saving our appetite for our lunch. Shortly after, their burgers showed up so my plan backfired! I was stuck with a lot of food BUT it was delicious!! The spinach dip was so flavorful. The chimi's were so good. Kind of reminded me of Chili's southwest eggrolls. Mozzarella sticks were what you'd expect. The chicken tenders were nice and crispy! But man, those ribs were FINGER LICKING GOOD!!! Melt in your mouth good. We all enjoyed our food immensely! Our waitress was sweet and attentive. Very energetic and we tipped her good for being so awesome. I will say if you have kids sensitive to sound, you might want to visit and stand in the gift shop to see if they can handle the noise. The table next to our house was seated and everytime the thunderstorm started he'd start screaming and crying. We went on a weekday and had a reservation but didn't even need it at 12:30! Will definitely be back! Visit for yourselves. I read a lot of bad reviews but we've had nothing but good experiences!

Please, if you don't listen to anything else I say please save your dollars. It'll be different if this place was cheap, but for the quality, taste, and just overall experience it is not worth it. Food: DISGUSTING! One reviewer recommended the nachos, I thought, "how could you mess up nachos right?" WRONG! My nachos as soon as they came out were super cold. The meat was OLD, OLD! You can see on the pictures the meat looks hard and is super dark due to it being over cooked. My sister also read the reviews and was very reluctant to order any food, so was I but I was hungry. They also put the sour cream on my nachos before I received them so they had this expired taste with a melty look, *eye roll*. She ordered the flatbread mushroom spinach- something like that. No lie, it literally looked like "My Kitchen" play food. She didn't even eat a second bite, and do you think our waitress cared? No. My nachos were $14.99! I know stupid, I should've just eaten before or after I completely wasted my money. I should've just flushed $16 down the drain! Movie theater food is even better than this! Service: Madison was our waitress, percentage wise I would give her a 75%, not sure but she could've had other tables. We were a party of 10. I let her know my nachos were cold and she continued to pass out to go plates, I don't even know why they took that crap to go, probably because of the price. As I said one of my sisters literally took a bite, she did not ask if she would like to order something else or to get the manager. She basically didn't care but did. I guess it was I really don't care I'm just going to do my job type thing the best I am today type job. They could also spruce up their employees. Our waitress was in a sweatshirt and hair was kind of all over the place. It was not presentable. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but Madison if you're reading this, if you had a bad day then I could understand. Ambiance: PLAYED OUT! Every 10 minutes or so the same animals would make an uproar and that's about it. We figured we're just paying for the decorations and not the food. The. Place. Smelled. Like. Mildew. It's hard to even eat the overly priced under qualified food anyway. Parking: Need I say more, it's in a mall. We all came at separate times and we all parked in Timbuktu! Women do not walk alone as it was dark by the time we left! Overall: Super PASS! This place is not worth it. I only went for a birthday dinner otherwise I would've went by the reviews and avoided it like a plague! It's really sad too because this place could have great potential.

We have now had 2 horrible experiences with this Rainforest cafe. The first time they comped our whole meal because they knew they messed up so bad. That time they left plastic wrap in our dip (amongst horrible service too). This time it was just horrible all around. After we were seated it took 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. We put in our drink and food orders because we knew what we wanted by then. Our food came and we didn’t even have silverware. I had to walk to the host stand and ask for silverware and napkins. During our meal we mentioned we didn’t receive our alcoholic beverages yet. He “hurried” to get them. They came after we were finished eating. There was ZERO alcohol in them. The drink was a Green python(see picture). It was suppose to be green from the Midori. My drink was yellow because it was ONLY pineapple juice. We also got the rainbow colada and there was no alcohol in it either. I observed every other table around us getting group pictures from someone walking around taking pictures but we were never approached and offered to take and purchase pictures. There was also a balloon artist walking around to other tables, once again we were never asked or approached. My spouse and I decided tonight was the last time we ever came here because the price tag is just not worth it. We would pay double to get decent service and enjoy our night out with our family. It’s a shame because our kids think its a really cool restaurant.

I’ll start with the most important part: the ribs are easily the best thing on the menu. I honestly recommend you buy a full rack and split it with a friend or two. If you get an appetizer and an extra side, I’d say a rack covers 4 people. Get the ribs. I tried to pick up the bone with my hand and the meat fell off the bone. There was no consuming it without a fork. I tried to suck some of the BBQ sauce off one of the ends and marrow came out. This is seriously well-done slow cooking. The fries are also perfect and major-allergen free. They’re made in a dedicated fryer with the tortilla chips and nothing else. On that note, I’ll say that I came in with a list of allergies, and Sean the chef came out and reasoned through what my friend and I could eat on the menu. Then he personally made/oversaw our food and brought it out himself. The service was outstanding. I was so excited to eat a third of my meal and save the rest to bring home to my tired husband. My kids loved their Dino nuggets and pizza. My friend loved her ginormous burger with gluten free bun. She thinks her meal should have been split in half as well. The only drawbacks: hire more folks. Ms. Sierra was excellent, but with big families coming in it was hard to see her sometimes. She made sure our drinks stayed full which was awesome. Also, sometimes the music/animal combo is a bit much. Maybe calmer music? We loved the animals.
