We visited here for my son's birthday on Saturday. After being sat, our server Sierra came by to introduce herself and lead off by saying she is super busy and has a lot to do but will be with us shortly. She sent a host to get our drink order. He took the order and when he brought the drinks, he dropped the drinks on my son. He apologized and I asked him to get some towels. They brought towels and left them on the table. My son's seat and the floor were still covered in ice and liquid. I cleaned him up but he was still cold so I asked Siera if she could grab an apron or something so I could try to warm him. He had on my jacket as well. Our food took about 45 minutes to come out. I had to keep flagging down siera for refills, straws, and even silverware. Even after asking for items, she either forgot or she brought them to the table and tossed them across the table which I thought was rude. She was more focused on going home and cleaning her empty tables, sweeping the carpet around us while we were eating. I thought this was unsanitary. She even asked my niece if she was done with the salt shaker because she needed to clean it for side work. Like really? We're in the middle of dinner. She asked my son his name twice and asked did he want a birthday song. He told her no because he is very shy. She still came out with people and did the birthday song AND GOT HIS NAME WRONG. She asked him to stand in the chair and then asked my AFRICAN AMERICAN SON TO BEAT HIS CHEST LIKE AN APE! This was highly offensive. She could have picked a different animal. I told my son not to but I got it all on video as well if you would like to see it. When I told her what dessert my son wanted, she said well that's 18.99. Implying that it was a lot of money, I felt stereotyped at this point. We asked for the check and left her a $10 tip which was more than she deserved for being inattentive and rude. She grabbed the receipts while we were still at the table and went to complain to coworkers that she only got $10, She was asking people to finish cleaning her section because she was ready to go. She came back by the table with an obvious attitude and even dropped one of my daughter's belongings on the floor and did not pick it up. At this point I went to look for a manager. I explained to her about everything that happened that night. She said no one told her about the drinks. I saw her and another guy manager walk by the table numerous times. No one did table checks and I know they saw my son in a bright red apron and should have asked questions. Siera interrupted me talking to the manager and try to give a fake apology. She claims she gives everyone the same service. If this is true, this is horrible. I have still yet to hear from the GM or any management about this situation. We will definitely...
Read moreI’ve been to this location at least twice a month. It’s usually myself and my daughter and we have a good time. Today I decided to invite a friend we sat at the bar at around 3:40 and ordered at around 3:50. I know this as we had a pending ticket at one of the attractions in the mall. As we enjoyed our drinks two tables were sat behind us by the tables that get the mist (where I chose not to sit so I wouldn’t get water on me) and the bar area began to get full. It was around 4:24 and my daughter was hungry, as I looked around I realized the two tables behind me were already eating. Both had at least 3 adults and some children. They had appetizers, drinks and their meals. I then asked the server/bartender why that was so and we’re have yet to get our food. He apologetically rushed to go see why. I then waited. Then it became 4:38 and I decided to ask for a manager to see what was going on with our food and working 5 min it was at our table. The food was cold every plate was cold with a hot plate so I could tell it was forgotten and left at their kitchen. At this point it’s around 4:40, we ordered at 3:50. I asked for a manger to remake our food as the chicken was at this point cold and the rice was cold, pretty much everything. At this point we should’ve left. Within 10 minutes our food was back. They said they remade our pork chops and chicken and shrimp dinner with it that time… the food at that point was below expectation. The taste was horrid. I reached out to the same manager and explained my frustration and walked him through the timeline so he would get a better understanding and asked for some discount as at this point we finally got our “remade food” and hour after we ordered and waiting 10 minutes for it to be remade. He could care less and told me they want above and beyond to please me and remade my food as I ordered them to remake it so he didn’t believe there should be a discount for something I asked to be remade. I have his conversation recorded for both times I reached out to him if it’s needed. His name is Tim, Caucasian man with a tail on his hair. I would like to hear back from corporate after this incident so this can be resolved. The customer service was there from everyone but the person whom it mattered most. I’ve been there multiple times with my daughter and we get the green frog drink every time. Once your staff also took of picture of her and I and got us set up with a rainforest cafe frame. Like I said today was the absolute worst and Tim does not have management capability within a customer service oriented company. As I stated I have both conversations recorded and can send to corporate once they reach out to hear his words and lack of care....

It'll be different if this place was cheap, but for the quality, taste, and just overall experience it is not worth it.
Food: DISGUSTING! One reviewer recommended the nachos, I thought, "how could you mess up nachos right?" WRONG! My nachos as soon as they came out were super cold. The meat was OLD, OLD! You can see on the pictures the meat looks hard and is super dark due to it being over cooked. My sister also read the reviews and was very reluctant to order any food, so was I but I was hungry. They also put the sour cream on my nachos before I received them so they had this expired taste with a melty look, eye roll. She ordered the flatbread mushroom spinach- something like that. No lie, it literally looked like "My Kitchen" play food. She didn't even eat a second bite, and do you think our waitress cared? No. My nachos were $14.99! I know stupid, I should've just eaten before or after I completely wasted my money. I should've just flushed $16 down the drain! Movie theater food is even better than this!
Service: Madison was our waitress, percentage wise I would give her a 75%, not sure but she could've had other tables. We were a party of 10. I let her know my nachos were cold and she continued to pass out to go plates, I don't even know why they took that crap to go, probably because of the price. As I said one of my sisters literally took a bite, she did not ask if she would like to order something else or to get the manager. She basically didn't care but did. I guess it was I really don't care I'm just going to do my job type thing the best I am today type job. They could also spruce up their employees. Our waitress was in a sweatshirt and hair was kind of all over the place. It was not presentable. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but Madison if you're reading this, if you had a bad day then I could understand.
Ambiance: PLAYED OUT! Every 10 minutes or so the same animals would make an uproar and that's about it. We figured we're just paying for the decorations and not the food. The. Place. Smelled. Like. Mildew. It's hard to even eat the overly priced under qualified food anyway.
Parking: Need I say more, it's in a mall. We all came at separate times and we all parked in Timbuktu! Women do not walk alone as it was dark by the time we left!
Overall: Super PASS! This place is not worth it. I only went for a birthday dinner otherwise I would've went by the reviews and avoided it like a plague! It's really sad too because this place could have...
