In a day in age where people will take the time to complain and not compliment it's necessary I give Ms. Christina Love her due respect. Superb customer service skills, and a hard worker. She went to work for me basically and got me the best deal I could get and a great phone too. I loathed boost stores until today. Literally everyone at every store sucked. Read moreI have been a boost mobile customer for over ten years, and today I realize why I stay. I walked in to get a new phone because my other one took a dive into the toilet. I was super upset because I relied on my phone for my business. The second I walked in the door I was greeted with amazing energy from two staff members. I had said I only had about 100$ to spend. The young man and woman saw that with my upgrade I would also need to pay my bill. I didn't have enough for a phone and a bill payment. Instead of turning me away they called customer service and made a way for me to walk out with a new phone. They went above and beyond to not only help, but to make sure I was satisfied.
