If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My wife placed an order on the Burger King app, scheduling it for pickup an hour later. The app, in all its glitchy incompetence, marked the order as 'completed' TWO MINUTES before she even placed it. She immediately called to correct the issue, and that’s where things went from bad to downright pathetic.
Whoever answered the phone sounded like they barely had two brain cells to rub together, and in the background, some woman was yelling that the food was already made. ALREADY MADE—an entire hour before pickup. Common sense, apparently, doesn’t exist at this location. My wife, unlike me, doesn’t do confrontation, so instead of demanding fresh food like any paying customer should, she just accepted their garbage service and picked up a cold, soggy, hour-old meal.
This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I get that good help is hard to find these days, but acceptable help shouldn’t be this rare. The sheer incompetence at this Burger King makes every other fast food joint in the area look like fine dining. It’s no wonder Burger King has been closing locations left and right—this is a prime example of why they’re circling the drain.
If corporate has any interest in salvaging what's left of this sinking ship, they’d better start at this disgrace of a restaurant. But judging by the state of things, it’s probably too late.
And the best part? I went to leave this review on their website and saw at least ten other people complaining about the exact same thing. So it’s not a one-time mistake—this store is just flat-out garbage. It’s no wonder Burger King has been shutting down locations left and right. Read morePlaced an order on the app when i went to pick it up and drive back home. I found that my sandwich was not made correctly.
I paid for the breakfast meal, and breakfast was over. When i called they didnt offer to fix anything, i had to ask if they could take my name down so i can come back at a later time to pick up a new meal, since that was what i ordered.
They told me i should've called sooner and that they would only replace the sandwich, so i have to pay for the drink and potato rounds. They messed up the order that had a meal on it but refused to replace the meal they incorrectly made.
I shouldn't have to pay for the rest of a meal, and i shouldn't be told, i should've called sooner when i called when i found out it was made wrong.
Maybe make the sandwhich correctly or be considerate when you make a mistake.
Companies are trying every which way to make you spend more by giving you the wrong order only to offer a sandwhich as a replacement.
Edit: When i tried to redeem my order, they gave me the smallest size when it was supposed to be a medium and threatened me when i tried to complain. Worst place to go. Would give 0 stars if able. Theres a manager there with stars all over their face as tattoos with a very bad attitude.
This location is horrible and is now under investigation. I even have an email confirming it, along with it saying it's being escalated to the higher-ups. This is a HUGE message to rethink going to this location.
The owner here calls himself Jessie. He helped me during the second time i went through with a mistake but decided to insult and threaten me when they messed up again.
If you really want to go to BK, go to the one east of this place. You'll get way better service that...

They also gave us a Coke and a Dr. Pepper and then tried to say they gave us two Dr. Peppers. My daughter told them they both taste differently, so it needed to be redone, and only then did they give us the proper soda. When she got home was when we found out that they gave us a small meal instead of the large, so my daughter called to complain again. She was very upset about it because this is the third time in a row that our order has been messed up, and the assistant manager was once again extremely rude about it. Then a man came on the phone, laughed at my daughter, started insulting her, refused to provide his name, and then threatened her. He hung up on her twice.
