Starbucks — Restaurant in Green Bay

BEWARE: This is my very 1st negative review on Google & I'm in the Top 10% of Restaurant reviewers in the nation on Google!! Normally, I feel like we all have bad days at work & there's enough negativity in the world. However, I feel like the lack of friendly service, attention to detail, & most importantly the care regarding cleanliness warrants this review.

This is my 3rd & last trip to this store. I just purchased a new cup with my drink via mobile order. I waited behind 1 car for over 5 min. They forgot my cup, then acted rude about when I nicely reminded them. They gave me the cup at the drive thru to pour my own drink into while in my car, sigh. I asked if this $25 cup was clean. I was told that it was new so it was clean. As you'll see in the picture, there's debris & dried coffee on the lid. I just don't trust the straw. I pulled around & went into Starbucks to get a straw for my disposable cup. When I mentioned the above issue I was sarcastically told to "Have a nice day".

I'm a very fair person. The coffee market is saturated with awesome products so you're really selling great service. Starbucks on Military in Green Bay, WI FAILS. Three strikes and you're out. My money & hopefully everyone else's will be...

We visited Starbucks on Military Avenue in Green Bay Wisconsin. It was Thursday July 30th at 3:35 pm. I am a very difficult customer, I can NEVER order anything the way it comes. I need to add things, remove things, and invent things with every single order! Needless to say, I have frustrated many, MANY, employees on the other side of the drive-thru speaker. It’s so bad, that my husband won’t even order drinks for me any more. I have to physically lean over him while he sits in the drivers seat and shout my order into the speaker.

• I have NEVER enjoyed the ordering fiasco, nor have the poor souls on the other side of the speaker* UNTIL TODAY!!!!

I believe her name was Rachel. She was absolutely cheerful, gracious, and oddly enough, passionate about my crazy drink invention! She took my order with enthusiasm, encouraged my drink creativity, and completely made our day! Her energy was kind-hearted, refreshing and playful. She actually made us feel as though she ENJOYED serving us!!!! We will be back to Starbucks on Military Ave in Green By WI, not because it’s the closest one to us, but because of Rachel! Can't say I've been overly impressed with this Starbucks location. I've had beverages here multiple times over the span of 4-6 months, and I typically find that I have long wait times, and the beverages aren't made all that well once you get them. They even forgot my drink once. Today, for instance, I ordered a Starbucks Doubleshot on Ice, one of my new favorite drinks. I went through the drive-thru, and had to first wait for about 20 seconds before I was greeted. Then I had to wait about another 5 minutes, most of the time which was spent at the window, to get one iced beverage. And when I did finally get it, it tasted like they forgot almost all of the liquid sugar. Not impressed. I had to wait until I was home before I could sweeten it and find it drinkable. I've worked in fast food, and this kind of service is a problem. Now I realize that a review can't be true forever with a location like this that has lots of employees coming and going, so if my review is several months old, take it with a grain of salt.
