Employees are always friendly. Food is always correct and you get plenty of sauce and napkins. The food is wrapped badly most times. Speed of service is subpar but not horrible. I dont understand why they have one person working the drive thru.
The location has reached a new low though. After waiting in the drive thru for maybe 10-15 minutes to get to the menu was told their system was rebooting, and told to go inside if I want to order. Once inside no one was ready to take an order despite 8 employees visible doing nothing besides one making orders and another sweeping a floor that hadn't been swept in hour and some places weeks.
After 5 minutes finally someone took my order. No receipt and when I asked for one was blown off. 10 minutes later got my food after I observed 3 employees on their phones, 3 others in no kind of respectable uniform just talking, and a manager of some kind (very skeevy looking) counting a cash drawer while ignoring customers right in front of him.
The entire time the drive thru system that was rebooting was still rebooting for 20 minutes with no apologies or attempts to warn customers ahead of time. They were out of product for days but no made any attempt to get any of it from one of their many other stores in the area owned by the same franchise.
The place is a mess, I saw the person sweeping things that had been there for weeks if not months.
After getting my order again asked for a receipt. After 30 seconds of obviously bad training was told they couldn't give me one.
There was a complete breakdown in service and zero lack of caring, apologies, or any idea of what to do by the management. This place should be avoided unless you want to witness what a complete lack of restaurant operations are. In my 40 minute visit her did not receive one thank you, apology, and barely acknowledgement I was even there. I was being treated better than anyone...
Read moreWent through drive thru. Some lady comes across on the speaker laughing hysterically. Finally get order in lady is laughing so hard at the pay and pick up window. I ask what's so funny? She replied. Today's my last day here. It took awhile to get the food cause she was laughing the whole time. We went to park and eat. When I proceeded to take the food from the bag. It all fell out of the package it was in. Whoever loaded the bag put everything in upside down, so when you pulled anything out of the bag it spilled out all over my front seat of the car. I went in the store the Manager seemed to have a laughing jig going by now as well. I told her what happened. She proceeded to laugh hard while making the order. I could also hear the drive through lady laughing as well. While in the store I could see the fountain dispenser area was all sticky and messy as well. Another male worker came into view. The Manager said something to him and he started laughing. This place and manager were very disrespectful to a customer who was waiting to pay their wages. Read moreThe Taco Bell in Green Bay,on Mason St.,was horrible. We had pulled up to the drive thru,because we had seen advertising for the watermelon freezes. Well,they had non,and also said the mountain dew one was broken. All they had was a Skittles,and a cherry one. We ordered the Skittles one,and was offered cinnamon twists to compensate for the long wait,and unavailability. We had ordered cinnabons(4 pack),and the order was placed,or so we thought. We pull up,and was given our drinks,cinnamon twists,but no cinnabons. At the window,after a long delay,was told they were out. My daughter was upset,and asked for the store number,because,we were informed,the ticket printer was broken,and they couldn't provide a receipt. When we called the main office,we were informed that the store number we gave,didn't exist. Needless to say,we won't be going back there. And I will personally tell people about my experience.
