Great Experience!

This was the 3rd tattoo that I received from Santiago, and man it did not disappoint! I originally got tattooed by him at another shop, but he was just so good that I had to follow him to a new store. I constantly got compliments for the first tattoos he gave me, and now I'm getting even more with my new tattoo.

The process to DM him was super simple, and he and the shop were accommodating to my schedule. All the staff that I talked to in person/on the phone were extremely welcoming. The price for the tattoo was also extremely fair. The shop was very clean, the only concern was that there was a dog in the shop and I'm a bit allergic, but it ended up being fine and Santiago was super ready to help me out.

Santiago was super great with adding to the design I had in mind. The additions were exactly what I wanted and it was great to know he listened very well to the information I provided him. The tattoos I've received from him are fine line, and it will never cease to amaze me how patient and steady handed he is! The healing process was also great, especially because he used Derm Shield. My previous tattoos from him, from 2 years ago, also healed extremely well.

Overall, I had a great experience with Rorschach Gallegly, and I can't wait to get another tattoo...

I wish there was an option to give more stars because I truly had an incredible experience at this location. A few days ago I had two tattoos done by Frank and let me just start off by saying it was the best decision I could have made. Prior to my appointment, we discussed what I was interested in and upon my arrival Frank had several options laid out for me. He didn’t rush or pressure me into make a decision and worked with me until we figured out a perfect design and placement. When it came to actually getting the tattoos done, (one being on my rib cage) the entire process was nearly painless. Frank had such a light hand and kept checking in to make sure I was doing alright. He’s so meticulous and precise, both tattoos came out beautifully and I couldn’t be happier. I want to add, the shop itself is so clean and well kept, I knew my experience would be a safe one.

While I didn’t have any piercings done that day, Black Moon’s piercer Brie was working and helped me check in. In her spare time, she joined in on conversation and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my time there. I couldn’t be more grateful to Frank and Brie for the amazing experience I had. My artist's name was "Dom." I informed him and the staff that it would be my first tattoo (ring on finger.) They informed me first and foremost about all of the things involving a finger tattoo. This went from pain, to duration, to how intricate you should or should not go, etc. They explained everything to me clearly in order to weigh all of my options.

Once we were set, I put a deposit down and made an appointment. I showed up today, a bit earlier than scheduled, and was welcomed and went step by step with any concerns or suggestion either myself or Dom had. They did not make me wait, but accepted me on the chair earlier than scheduled so I am thankful for that. Dom walked me through what he was doing every step of the way. Knowing I was a body ink noobie, he took his time and checked in until he noticed I was comfortable with the needle.
