I don't know what that person was talking about when they rated this Florist as Poor. I think the response is right and this review came from a jealous competitor. I just ordered a specific deluxe arrangement (a new baby for my daughter) from the website and said that I would be picking it up late that same afternoon. When I got there, at first I thought "it doesn't look exactly like the picture" but I didn't say anything and was told it was just being finished up. Well, when she was finished, it was an absolutely gorgeous arrangement, much prettier than the picture because she put her own unique spin on it by adding some very pretty fragrant flowers that weren't part of what was pictured on the website. I appreciated that she showed them to me first and asked if it was OK to add them. She was very friendly and helpful. I also thought it was nice that her young son was there doing his homework, but at the same time helped me pick out a card. It's nice to see family working together. My father was self employed and all of us kids helped him too. I am so glad that I went to this shop and no, it's not a fancy store, but who cares. I only gave it one star because it wouldn’t allow me to give zero stars! The owner is VERY unprofessional & has the worst customer service ever. Upon walking in the store to pick up my daughter’s corsage for prom she immediately became argumentative & defensive because the order that we were told to pick up at 12noon would not be ready until 1pm & it was 12. She began yelling you were not supposed to be here until 12:30pm anyway & I called you today to tell you, but you didn’t answer the phone. She continued to escalate the situation telling us to come back at 1pm and that it’s our fault that we have to wait because we came too early, etc. I asked her her name & she began yelling, I’ll give you your money back because all you want to do is give me a bad review and that’s not fair, I don’t need your service. Even her employee tried to calm her down. She threw the money at me told me to get out of her store, said that she didn’t feel comfortable with me being in her store & that if I didn’t leave she would call the police. It was a total nightmare and I would NEVER use her service again....

We usually buy flowers from a couple of online stores, but last month we needed to have a basket delivered the next day (that wouldn’t break our bank), so my husband looked up for florists around our area and that’s how we found this place.

This 30 years old, family owned store is located in a big, yet never crowded plaza, so parking will never be an issue. It is very small, a little dark inside and a little bit messy, but Nataly sure knows her job and is very efficient. I went there an hour before closure asking if they could deliver as soon as possible the next day (so, very little advance notice) and sure enough: the basket was prepared and at our friend’s house the next day by noon.

I also had a great time at the store talking with Nataly, and her prices are decent.
