Mochinut — Restaurant in Greenfield

These three women were the bomb when we walked in nothing but customer service at its highest. I don't mind sitting around waiting when everything's nice and fresh and they're taking their time making my nice little corn dog treats.

The customer service at this location is A1... Although I have not been to other locations but I've been into many fast food restaurants whether it's corn dogs or food in general of any sort. I'm a chef so I can actually honestly say this customer service is hell to a high standard and I don't think I need to tell you that that means a lot.

These well-mannered consider it females got it down..... They had every answer for me when I asked every question cuz I've never ever stepped into a Mochinut Today was the first time which was actually yesterday April 3rd 2025 after my doctor's appointment I couldn't believe it I have tasted them before cuz my sister lives in Arizona....

She introduced me to this yummy yummy treats the donuts beautiful half decent I like mine's more on the sweeter side but it was actually was perfection because it's not outrageously sweet but it's not outrageously not sweet so it was just right on the "( M$$$ )"

If you want to try this MOCHINUT restaurant for the first time..... try the Greenfield location Off of 76 th and Layton avenue....

These females are sweet as pie and they know what they're doing you can't ask for anything more customer service is key.

I have to say the " ( Raspberry Rush )" is my favorite donut if I got the name correctly hopefully 🥴!!

So far and I still love to half and half deep fried corn dog with the potatoes rock and roll ladies.

But I am never messing with that Taki that burned my mouth like it wasn't even funny but it was delicious I could not help but finish it off so if you like hot stuff take the green taki... GOOD LUCK.

WHAT? OH, WHAT IN TARNATION HAPPEN THIS PLACE WENT FROM A 5 STAR TO A FREAK NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! In my first review, me and my family went when they first open. They were amazing place was clean. People were nice. They were on top of it. Stand up. Amazing food taste fresh hot all the good stuff now. I did not mind spending my money in there….. NOW HA NOW you go in there instead of them updating their prices properly professionally they got freaking paper with hand written amounts up there tacky no donuts food comes out not so HOT and you wait over 30 to 45 minutes People ever freaking Everywhere It’s like it’s the hangout spot trash all over the place completely attitudes are nasty. You asked for drink orders they messing up giving you dirty lids and have the nerve to tell you it’s OK you’re gonna put a straw in anyway well, I’m sorry little chick I don’t wanna drink out of a dirty top. You call and leave feedback. No one calls you back. I would not and I do mean not recommend you need this place needs to revamp try it again. We stopped by for a visit and while the decor was appealing, that was about the highlight of our experience. Despite the presence of several staff members, we were never greeted. We spent a considerable amount of time examining the menu, being first-time visitors. We were intrigued by the donut selection and noticed that boba drinks were advertised on the TV menu.

After making our choices, we approached the register but were met with silence from the employee, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Eventually, we managed to place our order, only to be informed that the boba flavors displayed on the screen were unavailable. Instead, he pointed us to a small handwritten list featuring just three options. Disappointed, we opted to skip the drinks and simply ordered six donuts.

The staff member then relayed our order to the girls at the counter, who assisted us in getting our donuts. While they were decent, they didn't quite stand out. As this is a new location, I would recommend making an effort to ensure that customers, especially newcomers, feel more welcomed.
