I purchased a couch last Tuesday at the burlington store and scheduled deliver for July 8th, when I'd be off work. Me (and my brother - alternate number for contact) started receiving calls every day harassing us for an early delivery because their "warehouse was too full". When I messaged the sales rep about the issue he apologized and said they are "separating from the warehouse people for this reason" and he was sorry and would take care of the harassment.
The calls continued the next day trying to force a delivery. I finally agreed to have it delivered this past Friday after much chaos because at this point I'm over it.
Upon delivery the driver smelled like weed and he was so high he thought he brought the wrong couch (because he placed a piece on the wrong side of my livingroom) mind you it's not even been unpacked yet. The whole time they are bringing in the sectional, his pants keep falling down and at no point did he use the strings to try and tie them up so this wouldn't occur. They get two pieces Unpacked and the driver disappears outside. The other guy andbi just awkwardly stand in my livingroom waiting for him to come back. After about 10 minutes he comes back in and says he doesn't have the drill bits to put the feet on the couch. I offer a screwdriver and he declines. At this point they get in the truck (still with the third piece of my sectional on it) and go to home depot for bits. I live 5 minutes away from one and over half an hour later they return. Finally they finish assembly and leave.
The couch is nice at least but the harassment from this warehouse and the unprofessionalism... I will NEVER buy from them again and unless you like chaos, I'd suggest you...
