Jewelry Authority — Attraction in Greensboro

I just received my 2nd ring form this Company this week. My 1st ring is a Ruby set in yellow gold with a few diamond accents,,,, I am Very Pleased with it... I have been wanting to get a new Blue sapphire ring and found a pretty ring but it had a black sapphire in it... A Beautiful ring with diamond accents as well and set in yellow Gold too. Not wanting a black stone i contacted Robert and asked if they could exchange out the stone for a Blue sapphire... He got back to me within a day or so... even had a picture of the original ring, and two choices of Blue Sapphire to decide on... WOW!! I was not expecting to actually be able to see and chose my stone!!!! SO COOL! (Now i did pay a bit more for it) , But i Will Say, It was Worth it and still Way cheaper than any brick and mortar jewelry store would charge... and if it was around the same price the store 's ring would be junkie and or with a "DOT" size of a stone! This stone is close to being a 1/2 ct. in size...And a AWESOME shade of Blue!! It cam in a sweet little black box so if i would ever pass it on it will have a nice box too. Sorry i did not take a pic of it before posting..... Anyway the Point is, I am VERY PLEASED with Jewelry Authority on line shopping ! I have been shopping Kay's in town for more than 30 yrs... and Yes they have nice things (for a Price) I am Thrilled to have found this company tho... I paid i am guessing $500.00-$600.00 less than a jewelry store would have charged for the same quality! The last ring i bought from Brick and Mortar store was about 2 yrs ago... A band ring with tiny diamonds and sapphires and was way more than 700.00 that is a price out of my budget with my part time job... Recommend This...

My watch addiction began in the early 2000s. Since then, I've visited countless authorized dealers, second hand shops, trade shows, and conversed virtually with hundreds of online dealers. Imagine my surprise when I stumbled upon Jewelry Authority - in my own back yard no less! - and found a true home for my watch collecting journey.

I can't say enough positive things about the Jewelry Authority staff, in particular Kenny, and how they treat me as a customer. Kenny is patient, easy going, and his watch knowledge is obvious. Combine this with a fantastic selection of watches, a willingness to trade and make deals (with full transparency throughout the process), and I'll find it difficult to go elsewhere when I'm looking for a new (to me!) watch!

However, it's not just one person that makes this store so special. Collectively, the staff is warm, engaging, and conscientious of my time. Sure, they are selling me things, but they also take every opportunity to get to know me, my family, and learn a bit about my life. This is how you build relationships as a retailer that continue to pay dividends far into the future. Kudos Jewelry Authority! I'm hooked for life and you...

Absolutely perfect.

I searched the entire internet and believe I looked at every ring guard/enhancer available. I was searching for one that would blend with my mother-in-law’s 14k gold solitaire ring that was given to me.

I had a vintage, art-deco look in mind and when I saw this one, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for.

I had the ring sized from an 8.5 to a 6, though I normally wear a 5.5, as I read ring guards should be slightly larger to accommodate the ring.

Despite adding sizing to the order, my ring shipped the next day. The wait for USPS was torture, and during the time it was being shipped, my already high expectations increased.

Though the wait felt longer than it was, the ring arrived as scheduled. My (I thought unrealistic) expectations were not only met, they were EXCEEDED when I received the ring.

It is beyond beautiful, and blends seamlessly with my engagement ring. They look as if they were originally a part of the same set. The sizing was immaculate.

I have not been able to stop staring at my new ring, which absolutely completes the set and makes me feel like a Queen.
