If I could give this store zero stars, I would. Iāve been going for a long time to this store, and usually seek help from the same salesperson. Earlier this year, I went in asking for help because my makeup wasnāt staying on my face for more than an hour. The salesperson recommended the Huda Beauty primer. It did help makeup stick to my skin, but buyer beware...it clogged my pores, horribly. I could see my clogged pores through my makeup. It took time, but by the time I figured out what was going on (multiple visits to Sephora, Ulta, and a final visit to my dermatologist), I had used just over half the bottle of primer. I went in yesterday to find a new primer, and asked if I could return the bottle. I told her it was outside the return policy, and that I had used more than half. But since she recommended I use it, it clogged my pores, and I spent more money there trying to un-clog them, I asked anyways. The salesperson told me I could return it, even given the circumstances. When I went in today, they wouldnāt take it back. The salesperson and the manager told me they couldnāt do anything for me. So now Iām out the $35 for a primer that damaged my skin, and another $75 for products to help...

When I got to the door of the store, the lights were off and the door was locked but there were still employees inside. Confused, I tapped the door to get the gentlemanās attention to see what was going on and if I could just pick up my order. It was clear they had some type of outage possibly from the storms the night before. He looked and mouthed something but I couldnāt hear him from behind the door. Soon after two other employees walked over then all three of them were just looking at me lol. There was no sign on the door that they were temporarily closed. No one came to the door to at least explain why I couldnāt get my order or why the doors were locked during business hours. I ended up going to the Sephora down the street at kohls and got my product there and the lady gave me a discount for the issue. Do better...

I was trying to get past this worker because, like I said, I was looking around and I just got attacked with the nastiest side eye ever. Calm down I didnāt even need help, I just wanted to see what they had in stock. From reading previous reviews it sounds like this is a reoccurring problem. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. They pick and choose who they want to spread their positive energy to. I work in retail too but to discriminate against customers and choosing who gets their bubbly attitude and who doesnāt is crazy. I understand some customers can be āfrustratingā but at the end of the day, it is your job to create and maintain and friendly and warm...
