They had 1 dish that was labeled "vegetarian." I found out the broth was made with a pork product; there were remnants of pork in the broth, and pork fat on the bean sprouts. The cheese foam grape Boba tea, was spoiled, and had separated. When I took the food back to the counter to let them know about this. She just said ok, and I needed to leave the food on the table. That she comes out and cleans the table. I did NOT get, an apology or any offer to make it right! I had only taken 1 bite of the food, and the tea was still sealed; I was not going to drink something that looked spoiled. My sister and I went there for my birthday lunch because we wanted to try the food. Hers was worse than mine. Her egg that was in the ramen was dark brown, and frozen. And the appetizers were not any better. She ordered the Gyoza (potstickers) which were undercooked, they were seard on one side, and the raw on the other side. She also ordered the Crab Rangoons. She didn't receive the full order of 6, and they only had cream cheese in them. They were really dark brown on the edges, and the bottoms were raw. We spent over $50 on food that we both had 1 bite of. That's ridiculous!!!! Waste of money!!! And NO...

2.5 stars. I am cutting them just a little slack for having opened recently. At 5:30 on a Saturday I ordered Garlic Tonkotsu ramen with extra Chasu (pork as the worker called it) and an order of Gyoza. On the photo menu the "pork" is a lovely piece of Chasu, in reality it was a pile of shredded meat. Couldn't tell you if I got extra or not. The broth was good, ramen was hot, egg was cooked correctly but not soy marinated for very long. My Gyoza were lightly pan fried but some how just plain cold...rubbery and cold... Hopefully they are better after they have been open longer, so far I am unimpressed for the price. For nearly $28 I got a bowl of okay ramen, cold gyoza, and a soft drink cup the size of of a small at McDonald's. If you are in the mall and want something new go for it, but set your expectations accordingly. If you are a ramen fan like me...well I would not make a special trip like I did. There are better options at similar price points and you won't have to listen...

So I placed a pick up order, showed up late, and it was still not done. There wasn't updates about my wait until right before they put it in the bag. The ramen lacked flavor. The crab Rangoon was dry and cold. Why was it cold when i waited at the restaurant for my pick up order? The chicken nuggets and fries for my picky kid were wet. The only person of 4 of us that was happy with this food was the 2 year old who eats anything. I don't know what anyone wants to hear about the atmosphere. it's attached to the mall. Its a mall atmosphere. I should have known better when a ramen and sushi place had chicken nuggets. That's my bad. It's priced like it should be good though. Waste of...

The first time I ordered through Door Dash I had chicken teriyaki, fried squid, and a Thai boba tea. It was all SO DELICIOUS. My husband and I stopped there while at the mall to get some tea (the galaxy tea this time) and share a Takoyaki. AGAIN so good. We ended up going to get ramen for dinner. Pictured is the Thai boba tea and brown sugar milk tea, takoyaki, and the spicy miso ramen with pork. We also had the tonkatsu shoyu ramen. It was flavorful and so filling. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's so cozy to sit and eat there with the ambient sounds of the mall. Definitely a regular place for me and all my friends. 🥰

Delicious! I was spending a day car shopping, and I was just exhausted! I decided on gyoza and one of the heartier ramens. It restored my body and spirit enough that I could go back and face down the salesmen with strength and courage! Good service. Good atmosphere, one piece up that seemed a but aggressive unless there's an all can eat/challenge item I didn't see on the menu (you'll know it if you see it). Most importantly, the food was just plain delicious. I'll be back and I'll bring my friends.

The ramen bowl with corn was the spicy beef ramen with corn added, the purple drink was the taro milk tea with boba, the ramen bowl without corn, was spicy ramen, the brown drink was the brown sugar milk tea with boba. The top plate in the middle the Shrimp(huge shrimp!), then the chicken appetizer is the second plate, the next is Gyoza(dumplings), the final plate is the takoyaki octopus(octopus balls) which to my amazement was very sweet and good.
