The landlord wrote me six parking tickets for $119 a piece for parking in either visitor or office parking spots when I pay close to $1400 to live here. My car was broken into by people digging through the garbage, who she refused to file a police report for when our complex is private property, she insisted I park on the street. They didn't do anything about the frozen over driveway until I had spent two hours with a shovel chipping ice off the driveway yet their concern is keeping the pool from freezing in the middle of winter. The management is not good at communicating or taking care of the property. We have been in our unit for over a year and are STILL battling with management regarding a rodent infestation that they just are not taking care of. I am scared for the health of my family at this point and we will be moving as soon as possible. They are half-assed in their efforts to rid the unit of rodents and I do NOT recommend this as a place to live for anyone. I’ve lived here for the last few years & it’s a wonderful place to live. The management is great. I’m thankful they don’t want constant access to my apartment like the last place I lived. The only issue I have is the difficulty I have each winter to keep the temperature inside my apartment at a comfortable level.
