Against my better judgement I returned to this store after being here a few months ago to add a line and buy a phone for my son. This location feels like a used car lot. They're very pushy to get your to add a bunch of things like watches, trackers, etc. that are supposedly no added charge except when you get your phone bill and see that was a lie. I came back here because I needed to buy a new phone bc my current phone wouldn't charge and I could only use it for the internet, could not text and receive calls. The phone is useless, I needed a new one STAT. They offered the S24 Galaxy and I said I wanted the regular one, not the plus or ultra. I was told this phone would cost an extra $18/mo on my plan. The girl goes in the back with her manager and they come out to tell me that they don't have the phone in stock and they would waive the overnight shipping fee and I'd have my new phone the next day. This was a Friday afternoon and it's now Sunday and I still don't have a phone. After getting home and signing the financial documents well before the 6PM deadline I get an email the next day saying it's being shipped. The tracking information says it was sent for 2 day shipping NOT overnight and that my phone won't be here until Wednesday. Not only do I still not have a phone but the statement we received via email says my phone bill will go up $38/mo NOT $18. I went to go to their store this morning at 11:30 because their hours state they're open on Sunday 11a-6p but they weren't open. Read moreAggressive staff and unprofessional environment. I'm a current T-Mobile customer and visited this location looking to upgrade. Staff member seemed to be very driven to convince me to do everything but what I was interested in. I believe I was lied to about stock because I was not interested in the newest model phone and didn't want the free phone promotion - I was willing to pay more on my monthly bill to have the phone I was interested in and I want to keep my phone number. The environment felt criminal and that is no exaggeration. The staff member used intense vocal and physical expression, interacted with other staff in a very militant manor with no regard for cultivating a decent environment. I don't know what on earth is going on at this location, but it's not a good look for T-Mobile and definitely not good for business. There's no way the owner/operator is unaware. This review is strictly for the benefit of consumers. Take your business elsewhere. I handled mine online in the parking lot in a matter of 5 minutes. Read moreI had a awful experience with the girl who was working she told me not to open the door to much because they take count of how many customers come in and buy stuff and then she told me not to open the box to the case that I was going to buy anyway, we spent $800 there and then she purposely did not change my number over to my new phone successfully, but did it for my dads phone it was obvious that it was deliberate. She was grade A awful. I told my dad to not get the phones there and to go somewhere else that’s how bad it was so owner if you are reading this, I think you know who I’m talking about, very unprofessional!!! I never would have posted this because I don’t even like doing this but when you took it to another level by submitting the wrong phone number purposely to have it transferred to my new phone from my old phone!!!
