The service at the Groton store is top notch. Our associate was Josh and he was knowledgeable and not overbearing at all. He answered all our questions and guided us to the best mattress for us based on our comfort choice and price range. We purchased a King Beautyrest Pressuresmart 2.0 Plush Pillowtop 13.75” along with a MF 300 adjustable base. I also spoke with Nate the manager preceding our purchase and he as well was professional and polite in securing us the best deal. The payment was so easy, receiving a text and email to submit payment. We had the Platinum Delivery ( submit your email address and another $50 will be deducted from the delivery fee). The delivery fee is better than any competitor in the region. Our delivery was the day we requested just a few days after purchase. Received clear notification regarding delivery time window the day before and then when they were 10 minutes away. They arrived at the beginning of the two hour window which was great. The delivery team led by Jauvan, were wonderful. Polite, careful and detailed in set up and working the adjustable bed before leaving, instructing us how to operate the wireless remote. They took old mattress and box spring, carefully wrapping mattress and removing all packing materials. We could not have been any happier. A tip and some water gave them a joyful smile and they were very appreciative. Our new king mattress and adjustable bed is so comfortable and having the adjustable bed is a treat. In September 2021, my wife and I bought a mattress in the Groton store from store manager, David Reyes. We could; not have been more pleased with the professional and courteous interaction we shared with David. He was not only knowledgeable about the products, but also had a great deal of medical information to support each product. The delivery arrangements were met on target, and the delivery team was a great asset to the entire endeavor. When a minor issue arose, David took care of that expeditiously and without fanfare.

We would also like to offer praise to the two phone receptionists, Deborah and Courtney, who responded to phone calls promptly, courteously, and pleasantly. They were both fantastic "first-responders" for Mattress Firm.

Should any of our friends express the intent to purchase a mattress, we would happily refer them to Mattress Firm, with our highest recommendation.

Truly enjoyable experience. Never thought I would say that about purchasing a mattress! I truly valued that the manager David was not pushy and allowed you to browse freely. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different mattress types, which needs are appropriate to the type of sleepers and even knew the history of the mattress companies!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting this location if you want a stress-free, friendly, and eye-opening experience. The delivery process was also stress free and straightforward.
