This is my favorite store and the best bead shop on the central coast. Michelle has always helped me find and create the most amazing earrings and her custom made earrings are awesome. I have many made by her and custom made by me. She has great prices and her beads are not the cheapy ones you find everywhere else. All I can say is double check your receipt and watch out for hidden fees. I ended up over paying by over $2. Also if you're buying anything in bulk quantities like jump rings I highly suggest you count them out before purchasing. I purchased a bag of 20 4mm sterling jump rings and there were only 13 in the bag.

I left 3 stars instead of 1 as I want to believe these were honest mistakes but I personally will not be returning...
