Pastor Brent has the best sermons that are concise, easily understandable, relevant for what is happening today and what needs to be heard by the church. There used to be a preacher on TV that had a show called "Coffee With Pastor Dabney".... well every service I have coffee with Pastor Brent and I just love that we can enjoy a cup of coffee while getting the word. So, today I visited Encounter for the first time after being asked several times to go. I'm not a Christian anymore, but was hopeful that I would like Encounter. I wanted to like it, but walked away pretty disappointed. While the worship team was incredibly talented, I felt that I was at a concert.
