Regardless of change in hours....if I'm in the drive thru line BEFORE you close why can't you just hand me my prescription? I was at the window at 6:02 once the car infront of me left. How is that good business practice? So now I have to suffer a night in pain without sufficient pain medication because I was in line on time but at the window 2 minutes after closing? Make that make sense, I'll wait. And I am willing to bet that the car that sat in front of me had some kind of connection to the workers inside because it's just a little too convenient that they pull off exactly at 6pm and I'm behind them and get told I can't be helped. Absolutely abhorrent behavior of a pharmacy that's supposed to help people.
