Planet Fitness — Local services in Groves

Just had my membership cancelled by an "angel of a mgr." named Niki. I was bein' harassed by a member named James Domingue. He was givin' me the "stink eye" and teamin' with a fellow employee from Exxon Mobil to give me a hard time. I com- plained to Cory, a night employee. He was more concerned with gossipin' about Haley. I complained to Niki about all of this. She did nothin'. I took my concerns to the BBB. In retaliation they booted me. When will I find a gym where I can work out w/o the "high school politics?" I've been workin' out for close to 40 years. Lately, gyms have turned into popularity contests! I want Planet Fitness to compensate me for the extra gas I burn goin' to my new gym in Beaumont. I forgot to mention that after my night discussion with Cory I was givin' the cold shoulder by PF employees. Goofball named Kevin even hollered at me like I was his wayward step-kid! Good riddance, Planet Fitness! I think these gyms would be better if they didn't have in- experienced teenagers tryin' to function in an adult world!!! I'm disabled, and I've been told that PF violated my civil rights! Nikki wanted me to let everyone know: Cory Williams and James Domingue eloped to Vegas. The only reason I gave A 3 is to get the owners attention. Other than that I would have given a 5 which I will go back and edit. Today I experienced a Caucasian man following/stalking myself and my older friend whose on her 80's. Her and I were talking & this creep stood next to me as if he were waiting for us to finish talking. My friend asked me if I know him, I said no, and I put my hand on het back & said come on let's move. We walked a good ways to get away from him. We stopped & continued talking. This CREEP followed us again!!! & stood there. Now I'm pissed!! We walked off again, he started walking. We went found the manager, Tiffany & explained to her what happened. She already knew who I was talking about and said she had several complaints about him, & she talked to her supervisor about him. I was sooo pissed & scared for Ms. Joan. I asked Brittany to watch her and make sure she get to her car safely, because he was still in there. I'm glad I didn't have my mace on me because I would have gotten put out!! I had joined Planet Fitness in January, at an excellent location, I recently moved and went to the Groves in Texas and I've been in there two days ago, no problem, went in and got a good work out and today, this older lady at the front desk, with short curly hair tells me I need to take a picture for my membership and I informed her I've been a member since January. (mind you, it's been raining and I don't look my best) she let's me and my guest in and then when we are three minutes into a workout, she sends a guy over to embarrass us in front of everyone and tell us we needed to get off and go take pictures and I told him, I've been a member and have an ID, and he said that it didn't matter. The most proper way to handle this situation was not by embarrassing a member in front of others, it was the worst experience, considering it's supposed to be judgement free, but the employees feel entitled to make you look bad anyways!
