Kajun Seafood, wings & Daiquiris — Restaurant in Port Arthur

My son had hair in his food when I tried to call them. Whoever the girl is at the front counter place me on hold and took about 2 to 3 different orders while I sat on the phone trying to let them know that my son had hair in his food when I finally got to speak with someone the girl answered the phone and she handed it to a guy which is I’m assuming the manager or whoever he was he didn’t really wanna hear me complain about what was going on so he just told me to come up there and bring the food. I brought the food up there just for them just to be rude as hell to me. They act like they didn’t wanna give me my money back and while I was getting ready to drive off, the manager is gonna tell me that’s simple math, and shut the window ! So I went in and found out it was two sides drinks on one side food on the other side . I ordered my food fried catfish nice seasoning and taste but I believe it was farm raised . Very nice e young ladies. So after I order the food I go to get a daiquiri, guy gets in front of me okay no problem I'm waiting my turn it takes about 7 minutes to get this guy out of line , no biggie while I'm waiting a car pulls up to the drive thru, once the server cashier is through with the guy that jumped in front of me he says " give me two minutes let me take the drive thru order" ummm sir no sir I was here first but that's okay keep your drink. I love this place I try to go once a week cause I am so addicted to the salt and pepper wings. But recently it has not been the same. The chicken is not as crispy, there is little to no seasoning, and the onions and jalapeños are barely sautéed. The quality has definitely gone down. I know that they just changed owners. I don’t know who is running the google review but if it’s the old owners please email me so I can come over to your house so I can learn how to cook those wings and if it’s the new owners ya’ll need to get it together.
