Kings Crossing — Attraction in Groveton

Unprofessional! I came to this store to get my phone activated after it was stolen the day before I went into labor mind you. I dealt with the store manager. THE STORE MANAGER. Who after he was done being “helpful” went straight into being a money hungry, non-compassionate person. As I was standing in front of him he decided to take a picture of my bag of accessories I just purchased and sent them to a group chat with his manager stating “Over 100 dollars sold in accessories sold” with strong arm emojis. Now whatever competition you have between stores is healthy however it is completely unprofessional to do this right in front of the customer. The only reason I knew the details is because he handed me his phone with the text thread still pulled up!!!! Now the downright audacity is appalling that he felt that comfortable doing that. I called the store just now and some teenager picked up who informed me that it was not in fact unprofessional and they do it all the time. HOW IS THE LOCATION STILL OPEN??!! Decent apartment in a good community, but seriously lacking in taking care of the tenants. Things got off to a rocky start, when we moved in there was a huge snow storm about a month into being there, and the snow was barely taken care of. Many of the residents were stuck in the community and they never put anything down to take care of the ice. Also, we had multiple maintenance requests that were never fulfilled.

One big down fall was the multiple times that we received notices in the year we were there of people being held up while exiting or entering their vehicle. There was an assault that we were notified of too.

The last complaint isn't really a complaint because I guess you'll find this at most apartment communities, but when our lease was up they jacked up the rent. Of course when we moved out there were also bogus fees added on even though the apartment was pretty well kept.

It's great there is finally a 24 he Walmart again and one of the managers there named Brandon is absolutely awesome!!!! He's wonderful takes pride in his job and knows what he's doing in all cases, unfortunately I can't say that much for the rest of the customer service staff or staff in general some are very rude others nice but some don't even speak English which is quite frustrating. But this shopping center is just very difficult to get in and out of and if your not returning Walmart products that came from Walmart just not their store without a receipt they attempt to try not to even return them, again ridiculous.
