High class gym with a boutique-like experience, great instructors and classes. The looks of the gym is definitely its wow factor. I enrolled mostly for the classes and so far they have exceeded my expectations. The reasons why I don’t give it 5 stars are because:

The cardio section is lacking tremendously. Any Planet Fitness in the island has a higher diversity and better maintained equipment (and that’s a pretty low bar). I do not expect for this gym to have a few Jacobs Ladders (even though it would be great), but at least some StairMasters, or even some curved treadmills…

Also the weight section is very limited, and some machines not well maintained.

Even then, I would recommend the gym, because I think the classes are that good.

Another thing that would be a plus, would be expanding the hours of operation, that as in right now are a little bit too restrictive, and maybe opening an outdoor area in the parking lot with a TANK push sled or any other...

Great community and has all of the machines and free weights one could need. For the price paid, I do think the following could be better:

Cleanliness: There's dust and cobwebs in a lot of places such as the stairs and around the cardio area.

Organization: Plates are CONSTANTLY out of place. I went to a much cheaper gym in the past where there was someone constantly making sure weights were organized if someone left them out of place and there was a culture around it. I myself try to leave machines unloaded for the next person.

Showers: Heater is very horrible takes ages to warm IF it warms.

Equipment: There is some equipment that is showing its age. For example there is a dumbbell that has a chunk broken off it.

The only reason that I choose this gym is because of where it is located which is VERY convenient for me. I do believe that for the insane premium monthly price the gym could do better. I do get they offer classes but the membership is for the entire gym not just the classes. For those of us doing free weights, they should pay a little more attention to detail. With a little bit of extra effort a HUGE improvement...

This gym was something to look forward to. Now? Cant say the same. The AC has not worked in months and doesn't look like they are working on fixing it. Machines have rust and some of them broken. Also, feels dirty for some reason.

This past year has been awful, did they change owners or management?? i will be cancelling my membership. It was a nice couple of years.

They sell you luxury and you pay for it, but damn you are not getting it. Not even a slice, trainers are rude and take all the equipment, as i mentioned before rust and broken machines, NO AC, the floor of the salon where the classes take place is broken, the plates are always spread all over the gym and never where they are supposed to be, forget about the cable machines most of them don't work, whenever you go to the second floor you can see all the dust that has collected over the years, the parking lot feels like you are driving in the moon, and don't get me started with people filming themselves… i don't want to do a cameo on your stupid reel (but that’s a me issue i guess).

Anyway if you want to pay for a name but not an...
