However, the customer service could use some improvement. I personally had an issue when purchasing donuts—one of them was very hard, so I asked Angel, one of the attendants, if they were fresh. His response was, “Oh, I don’t know. It could be that it’s cold.” Then, he just walked away without offering any help.

I approached another staff member to ask for a manager, and he simply pointed in their direction without asking why I needed one. I still went ahead and explained the situation to him, asking if I could get a replacement. I was directed to someone else, but eventually, a very kind employee stepped in and resolved the issue. I wish I remembered her name because she truly made a difference!

Overall, there are some great staff members, but many seem disengaged, not very welcoming, and rarely smile. The place itself is fantastic, and I’d love to continue coming back, but a little more effort in customer service and engagement with guests would make it an even better experience.

With some small improvements in service, this could easily be the perfect go-to theater!...

This Theater Has Been A Limited One For Me, Particularly Because Of It's Price, But Is It Worth The Price, Well Here Is What I Gotta Say In My Own Words, It's A Very Good Theater, But Slightly Overrated, Now Yes, Staff Is Very Nice, Seats Are Great, Rooms Are Great, Concession Zone Is Great Too And It's Fancy Atmosphere Is Good And Sofas Too? That's Great! But There Is Some Problems, First Of All The Normal VIP Rooms That Isn't The Two Big Ones Lack Enough Seats, The AC In Those Rooms Are Also Really Low And Barely Feel Like Any Air Is In The Room, There Barely Is Any Rooms (Only 8 Which Is A Tiny Bit Lackluster) And It's Price, Somehow More Expensive Than IMAX Than Anything, Now Analysis.

Pros: Good Rooms, (Even If Small) Friendly Staff, Good Concession Zone With So Much Variety Too, Good Place In General, Solid Screens (Especially The Atmos Room Which Is Great) Great Seats.

Cons: Lacking Rooms, A Little Overpriced, AC Is Almost Turned Off In Some Rooms, Some Rooms Are Too Small Like Previously Mentioned, Almost Impossible To Buy Tickets For A Movie On Weekends Or A Big Film As Rooms Are Small, So Tickets Get Sold Out Fast.
