I would give Little Critters 10 stars if that was a thing! I took my daughter to them for the first a week before her 2nd birthday. This is a kid that fought like a wild cat when we tried to brush her teeth, but as soon as she saw Dr. Smith she wanted to give him a hug! She didn't fight at all. They always answer all of my questions in a timely manner and with respect. She had cavities in the front that needed caps. I was worried that a dentist would make me feel even more like crap because of it, but he didn't! In fact he actually did the opposite. He told me that I'm doing great with her, i just need a little help. He gave me tips and tricks to make brushing teeth easier. If I ever need to contact them I can call or just simply text them. Because of Dr. Smith and the team at Little Critters my 2 year old daughter asks me every day if we can go see the "tooth doctor" and she says that she wants to be a "tooth doctor." She let's us brush her teeth without a fight and even enjoys it now! If you have a kid of any age take them to Little Critters! Seriously, they will feel safe and happy there and you will too. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Little Critters for doing everything you do with such care and compassion that it feels like I'm taking my toddler to visit family instead of going to a dentist!...
Read moreMy son had a lot of fears going to the dentist. He had bad experiences with another dentist, before ever going to Dr Ticola, Little Critters. I explained to Dr Ticola and his staff. They took such great care of him during these past years. I don’t even know how long we’ve been coming but they made the difference in my son’s life. He had adhd and sensory disorders and has trouble feeling understood at times. But this Dr is amazing and has a gift from God with kids. He can make them laugh when they are getting shots and they never know they got them. He has a personality that all the kids love. He made my son love this place and took away his fears as well as mine. I am so glad we found him and I have to find another dentist now because they stop seeing them at 14 and my son will soon be 14. We are sad to leave but I think my son has overcame all of his fears and I’m forever grateful to Dr Ticola and staff. If I could only express what it means to a momma for a Dr to care enough to make a difference in our lives and how it will help my son’s future. My grand daughters also use Little Critters and they also love it. Forever you will be a part of our lives in his beautiful smile, we will always remember how kind you...
Read moreLittle Critters has done a remarkable job with my son during every visit. He has been extremely reluctant to trust doctors or anyone when it comes to new experiences. The dentist has been a terrifying feat for him but Little Critters INVOLVED him with every visit and he’s comfortable with the staff and enjoys going even though he still refuses to sit for a full routine cleaning 🤣 Baby steps, but we are getting there. He gets to help them brush his teeth. He also helps count his teeth! He sees them every few months to trust build and they’ve treated him with the utmost respect and care even though he’s so small. I truly feel like the office staff does an incredible job with each parent and each child. Dr. Smith has had to deal with my crying and has met me with compassion and grace and assured me that my son would be just fine. Taking your children to a pediatric dentist is something I’d definitely recommend and I’d recommend Little Critters 10000 times over. Their office space is fantastic too and the environment is truly welcoming! It was built FOR KIDS and with the kids in mind! It truly is a...
