Amazing gym , their program is tailored to make sure you see improvement in your fitness with each passing day! Yes its intense, but also so fun! Each daily workout challenging you to become stronger. The coaches are all amazing! all of them with such great training techniques they recognize your level and help you get better! Now my favorite part is the community… this is the most welcoming gym you can find, everyone is at a different level ofcourse ,yet everyone feels this sense of belonging. It really is a family. You walk into the green walls you can feel the coaches and the members are all happy to see you. All are there encouraging you and cheering for you when you achieve something! Absolutely love training at Great White CrossFit! The staff here are amazing — super knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. Every coach takes the time to make sure you're moving well and safely, whether you're a beginner or more advanced. The classes are well-structured, challenging, and always leave you feeling accomplished. There's a great mix of strength, conditioning, and skill work, and I’ve seen huge improvements in both my physical strength and overall physique since joining. I was 3 years into Crossfit when I joined Great White, I didn't know what to expec, but from the very first day Steve and Tara made me feel right at home in the new community!
