Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hackensack

I used to be a former worker here. Management TERRIBLE. Ive found liquor bottles & have seen the GM physically taking shots of "nips" while at work. Ive also unfortunately encountered sexual assault at the work place. From a man that was supposed to fix the fryer. I was touched inappropriately & have been uncomfortable & scared ever since. Reasons why ive called out many times due to my safety. I did inform Eric F (area coach) he did no further action to make me feel safe. The day I spoke to Eric & explained what had happened, he promised (verbally) that he will be present before Dan (the fryer technician) ever steps foot in pizza hut. He lied. & a week later Dan had showed up. I ran to the bathroom hiding & contacted Eric. He specifically (verbally) told me on the phone to stay close to Kendra (shes 8 months pregnant) how can i ever feel safe behind a 8 month pregnant young lady, over a man. He never took action upon that. I am trying to take this situation further. Another thing, Jon (GM) is hiring immigrants illegally. He clocks them in as precious workers. He doesn't take people out the system, so their Job title is still active. Then hires immigrants with NO papers & clocks them in as previous workers. (Mind you the previous workers are in a whole other country) management & area coach need to be replaced immediately. They are helping each other. Kelly doesn't know ANY of this. I need some type of contact info or resolution.. mind you everything I've stated is true, I've seen it for my very own eyes & experienced as well. OH & Jon has been stealing money out the register. Register has been short $500 in previous occasions. Hence why Pizza hut has bad reviews,...

DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP. I placed an order on the Pizza Hut app to which this location was the Pizza Hut that would be delivering my order. I wish that I knew that Pizza Hut has DoorDash deliver their food, because I received a text message saying that a DoorDash driver would deliver my food. When I click on the door dash link, there was a different address. I try calling the DoorDash driver since they would be delivering my order to which they were unresponsive. I tried calling the store to which they were also not responding. Now the app still says "Preparing your order" while the DoorDash page says "Delivered" So I had to keep calling the DoorDash driver until she finally answered and said she would call me from a different phone number since the one I kept calling was not working even though that the phone number the DoorDash order provided. I waited 10 minutes for a call back and nothing. So I had to call her again and she again tells me to call her and this time she gives me the phone number that she said she would call me from. At least she apologized and said that she delivered to the address that was on the DoorDash page (Incorrect One). So I had to then try calling Pizza Hut and I say try because they were not responding. I finally reached someone and explained my situation. I just wanted a refund but they were not able to do so, instead I got a store credit. I went in person to use the store credit to replace my original order. To summarize, I tried to save time by ordering online and instead stressed myself out. I recommend that you do not order online and only order in person. At least the food was...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE!! BRI OR BRIA IS A HORRIBLE Pizza Hut representative at this store SHE IS RUDE, UNHELPFUL AND NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented!!! Today I ordered two plain pies for my cousin and her new group home residents (THEY ARE ALL DISABLED individuals) to welcome her to the house. I ordered online via the HACKENSACK PIZZA HUT website but when I called the store Bri ghetto behind with an attitude asked was it delivery or pickup? I said delivery she said oh well we don't deliver. So then I asked well why is delivery an option on they site then? Then she said oh well it goes to a 3rd party like Uber Eats or Doordash I said ok well did it get delivered by one of them? She said you ain't at the house to see or ask if it was delivered I said no I ordered for someone else 🙄 so I asked could she see if one of them picked it up......with attitude she says the SAME THING about the 3rd party delivery and how it works. I'm like I get THAT but CAN YOU PLEASE SEE WHO YOU GAVE THE PIZZA TO WHEN THE 3RD PARTY CAME TO YA STORE TO PICK IT UP? I asked was it an Uber or Doordash driver? I asked her NICELY and then she says hold on and hung up. Then when I called right back they didn't answer but soon as I used another number they answered.
