Oriental Restaurant — Attraction in Hackensack

Got take out there last night, the woman who was behind the counter was incredibly rude, not the first time. I have not gone here in a long while because of that and the food is sub-par to say the least. I had no chance to get to the grocery store, so out of necessity I went and ordered takeout. I was screamed at for asking for three! Extra mustard and Duck sauce packets! I get home, and the food was absolutely rancid and inedible. Old, stale egg roll, the oil was old & rancid, funky tasting chicken, and broccoli that looked like it had been picked out of the garbage! Steamed vegetable dumplings looked and tasted like they were filled with sawdust! HORRIFIC. By that time they were closed, and not open again until Tuesday. (This was Sunday night 10/9/22). I took pictures and intend to return for a refund-especially after being EXTREMELY Ill all day...

Closed during COVID and we were happy to see they ropened as we have ordered from here for 30+ years. Young couple has owned business for at least 10 years. Husband has an attitude problem. They are pretty busy most days, so I guess he can afford to annoy customers. They have gotten very cheap, you have to practically beg for more than 2 packets of sauce for your order. Our go to Chinese food place for 30 years. Probably not the best Chinese food on Earth but damn good, consistently.
