I was pleasantly surprised with the expertise and attention that Mr. Abbas put in the repair and upgrading of my old XPS 8700. He installed a new SSD main drive and a new internal HHD data drive, and reinstalled Windows 10. He recovered the information in the failed main drive and placed it in a folder in the new HHD. Stay away as they don't know what they are doing. I dropped off my printer with them for repair as it was having paper jam and crumpled paper issues. After over 3 weeks of regular follow ups, I was told that that they had to replace some parts. Even after replacing the so called parts, the printer just wants fixed. When I went to pick up the printer, I was surprised to find that they do not even bother the check if it was fixed. I called Abbas, one of the owners of Zen Microtech, and told him about the damage to my husband's work laptop that my husband had dropped.

After answering three or four questions and explaining how important the laptop was to my husband's work, Abbas personally picked up my husband's computer within an hour or so.

Within 48 hours the computer was repaired better than new. All functions worked perfectly. Then Abbas personally returned the computer to our home.
