I would like to start by saying that this review does not reflect my experience with everyone in this store. But it does reflect my overall experience with the product I purchased, the company's policies and the main sales rep. that I worked with. We started this process around 9 months ago when my girlfriend and I stopped in randomly just to lay on a few mattresses and get an idea of what we were looking for. We had bought a mattress 2 years prior, from a different store, and couldn't stand sleeping on it anymore. The first guy we worked with was relatively inexperienced, but the district manager Fred was in the store that day and helped him out. After laying on a few mattresses we decided that we really liked the Tempur Adapt Luxe Soft which was around $4700. This was way more than I ever imagined I would pay for a mattress, but I was willing to pay good money to finally sleep in comfort. Now this is the part of the story where I remind everyone to read the fine print. We were assured that if we weren't happy with this mattress we could take advantage of the 90 day comfort guarantee. If you read the fine print you will realize that no matter how uncomfortable the mattress is you are required to sleep on it for 30 days before exchanging it and you can only exchange it for a mattress of equal or greater value. That's tough to do if you've already bought one of the most expensive mattresses in the store. The result was that I spent a month sleeping on the couch because the mattress was the hardest and most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on. So about a week or so before our 30 days we began coming in and laying on different mattresses because we needed to be absolutely sure this time. The comfort guarantee is only for one exchange. This time we dealt with the store manager Jocelyn. From the second we met her she did nothing but push the most expensive mattress in the store which was the Spink Aurendel. I told Jocelyn that I didn't have the additional money for such an expensive mattress (roughly $7000). We decided that we were very interested in the Beauty Rest Black (roughly $4500). She continued to push us on the Spink. For some reason the sales people in this store seem to hate Beauty Rest brand and like to bad mouth them. But she insisted that the Spink was the greatest thing money could buy. She informed us that we could get the Beauty Rest, but would lose the difference roughly $200. Then she also informed us that we wouldn't be able to get a Saturday delivery. We both work during the week and they were able to deliver the first mattress on a Saturday, but conveniently they couldn't do a comfort swap on a Saturday. Now at this point I was very frustrated because it was obvious what was going on. I told Jocelyn again that I just couldn't afford the more expensive bed. I had already financed the first bed. That's when she had the nerve to ask me to call the credit card company and ask them to increase my credit limit. In fact she made this suggestion on a recorded call. Now I don't know whether that's illegal, but it's certainly unethical. However, I did what she suggested and they did increase my limit to buy the Spink. After around 8 months of sleeping on this mattress I can tell you that we both wake up in pain every morning. The mattress is like a cloud to lay on, but after sleeping on it you wake up feeling like you got hit by a bus. On top of that I purchased an adjustable base that can't be used with this mattress. It says that it is compatible with an adjustable base, but when we tried we heard cracking and decided that we probably shouldn't. Overall this experience has been a nightmare for us from start to finish. Not only would I not recommend this mattress, but I would advise anyone dealing with this company and it's sales people to be very careful and absolutely read the fine print. Hopefully this can save someone else from going through a...

Upon delivery of the mattresses, the delivery (albeit outsourced) and experience thereafter has been less than stellar. There was damaged furniture and in the process of delivery, damage was done to our home. I called the local store and they immediately attempted to handle things. The furniture has been replaced already, but weāre still dealing with the damage. Upon the āhandoffā to corporate, mattress warehouse has basically washed their hands of this and have left me dealing with the poor claims department and the delivery company personally. I was asked to provide 3 quotes from licensed contractors for the damage done by the delivery company. Done. They apparently didnāt like the quotes from LOCAL companies and told me they were obtaining their own. Here we sit. And wait. Iām now waiting to hear what a company based out of Maryland wants to provide based on quotes they are supposedly obtaining from contractors from (where?!) All from pictures they have. Not one call from anyone to ask about the full extent of anything. Sadly, it appears that once this company ādoes the dealā, they are done.
Did it AGAIN! Came in 2 years ago and had a great experience. Price, professionalism and pride of ownership prevailed. Ended up with 1 twin mattress and box spring that time. Came in today (yes, it was a sale day) for 3 mattresses, a second Twin, a Full and a Queen. Karen and Dustin both were extremely polite, actually listened to what we wanted, and came through with advice and everything they could to help us stay in a price-goal and comfort-plan. Pricing is great, the amenities that accompany the purchase (at least during this promo) couldnāt be beat and honestly, donāt think Iād ever head anywhere else in the future. Hopefully, weāll be set for a QUITE a few years, but ya never know! Thanks again! My family appreciates the future good sleep...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGood Mattress but Bad Service I moved here and needed a mattress right away. I told the sales associate I needed an inexpensive mattress and asked how soon I could get it. His response was "is tomorrow too soon?" That sounded great but wasn't how it played out. He had me try their analytic mattress that recommends mattresses after a long process of inputting info and gathering sensory info from lying on it. Well it only recommends the expensive ones, so after getting the recommendations he acknowledged that and said lets go to the back room (where the cheap ones are). I picked a full size, great deal at the time, and right when placing the order he realized it was back ordered. Feeling bad, he switched it to a queen size, which wasn't back ordered, at no extra cost which was nice (and I hadn't build my bed frame yet so no issue there). It was a Wednesday and he said it could be in that Friday or the following friday. Well the following friday I get a call and it STILL wasn't in. They offered free delivery when it got in, or for me to come pick one out and drive home with it that day (no delivery guys working then). I would've waited but my significant other was coming to spend the night so I needed a mattress then. I picked a similar one and the sales guy convinced me I could tie it to the top of my car and get home. I expressed doubt because I have a small car but he convinced me. It was not a good idea. It arrived OK but I was driving 20 MPH and upsetting everyone on the road while doing so.
To recap: I got a good price on an OK mattress but the service was no good. The first associate made up for his mistake which I appreciate, but the second one was simply trying to get me out the door. Seems like they're more concerned with selling in volume than...
