This place was run so much better in the 2021-2023 era of it. They used to have “glow night” which they still do, but had security being present in the building. Which a lot of parents felt was another great additive due to a lot of older teenagers/adults coming in unattended from 8-10PM & it was great… the workers really seemed to care around that time I’ve mentioned. You have no real adults working now & if so they seem to always be shut in the office. Even on a quiet day such as a wednesday-thursday you come in early to hardly any staff or customers. I’ve seen first hand how they rush out of the office & try to look busy when a customer arrives at the counter that may have sat there for awhile waiting meanwhile they weren’t doing anything. Seems most aged ranging from 16-20 something. Seems like friend groups no real managing or sense of urgency. You would think with how dirty & outdated the place has become & with not many customers coming in during the week with acceptance from their glow nights that the workers/managers would be cleaning & completing task... not sitting in an office for the day. I’ve seen it smh the workers that are actually up there on the trampolines with the children let them hang on the trampoline equipment & crawl to the top of it. They are not caring about their wristband restrictions or times the children come & go you’ll see the same children/teens there all day & night long, literally the same ones. The workers lean on the equipment as well & just stand there lazily watching them. No real coordination with age groups or trampoline limitations per person. Nope, they just watch… I’ve seen springs coming out of 2 of their trampoline courts recently. They used to block a damaged area off with orange or red cones in 2021-2023 they must no longer do it or just take their time on fixing them. Which is insane It’s truly become a “every man for themselves” kind of atmospher. I’ve been there for multiple of their glow nights & you catch young children/teens coming in with drugs & alcohol in water bottles or fancy cups you can smell it. Which that is more so the parents fault for leaving them unattended, but if you had real adults working that cared about their jobs or management that care about their staff enough then for sure some of that could be stopped INSIDE of skyzone. I’ve seen used condoms in the bathroom you smell the drugs & alcohol in the bathrooms as well. Their inflatable park has always been broken they lie. The spinning obstacle in the front of it has been broken for as long as I can remember even during 2021-2023 TILL this day they fix everything in the inflatable park besides that obstacle. Which is definitely a threat when you have no worker standing in there watching the children. It’s very unbalanced for the people on the lighter side if someone bigger then you is walking close you nearly go flying I’m guessing due to less air staying in certain spots of it. Just recently the inflatable park was down again & currently IS still is down due to another issue with it or the same issues. They used to have 1 worker PER trampoline. You’ll be lucky to see more then 3 workers on the trampolines now & this skyzone has 5 different attractions. Always an issue with membership/check ins cold pizza when being served from the warmers. One day I had two little black bugs in my cup which I didn’t make a big deal of but that is disgusting. Everything is old & outdated compared to other locations. I’ve heard that they were bought out & are a franchise maybe they are just way out of their budget to make actual changes. I think it starts with the people anyway, I wouldn’t bring my kids here waiver signed or not this place is disgusting. if someone spent the day here to evaluate how the workers are alone they would be disappointed. I could go on & on about the poor experiences I have...

I’m telling you, something bad is going to happen in the inflatable park if not fixed significantly. it’s only inflated about 60%-70% I hit a large deflating gap in the obstacle course where my leg could feel the concrete ground underneath. my ~3 year old is falling off stuff because it’s too deflated. And here’s the thing. There’s so much loose deflated stuff (not just in the obstacle course part), like it could god forbid get a kid stuck. And there’s no worker stationed there. You’re on your own! down the big slide of obstacle course. It’s was so worn down there was this large plastic band that formed that could catch a kids leg on the way down. so what also happens when this is all deflated is, if you move at all, trailing your kid. Your body weight shift affects others like 3 to 4 feet in front of you. So what you see is kids falling over and knocking into each other all the time. If a pack of bigger kids comes flying by, good luck! also, as other reviews say, it’s super dirty in the inflatable park.
And that’s just the inflatable area, it’s dirty all over the place. Saw a bloody sock today too that was kind of just brushed in a corner, so that was cool.
I don’t think I saw a worker over the age of 17 either on a busy Saturday morning.
The core trampoline areas are alright but at least a couple of times I see some of springs exposed a little bit.
Also, too expensive lol. Like $27 for 1 kid.
You can probably go, and be fine, and there will be thousands of hours of kids being fine and having fun. But I’m not going back. I know this sounds overly worrying, but it just takes that one time where it’s not fine and your kid comes out with a bloody nose or broken bone or worse. At least for me, I feel like I’m taking a risk taking my younger kid there - a much larger risk than a Get Air in HBG.
Respectfully too, like you might think , “oh they’ll fix this stuff”, management will probably respond to this post…but like just read the reviews, this place has been called dirty for years. If they were sorry and really cared, they’d fix the place up and clean.
UPDATE: I see the managers comment. I appreciate the acknowledgment. I just have to add too, the underinflation is not an isolated incident. We’ve visited several times and know others that have too over many months…the inflation has been consistently low each time. Sincerely hope the issue is fixed for good. Thanks for the...

We arrived at 6pm and due to the website not allowing me to purchase tickets in advance, we had to wait in line. NBD. Except that we waited for over 35 mins to purchase tickets for $22 each where I was told they would still only jump until 8pm. Not only that, but anyone not wearing bright/neon clothing was required to wear a glow shirt that we had to purchase for $7 per shirt (this was not advertised as a requirement and although it makes sense, it was an unexpected expense). Once t-shirts and tickets were purchased, I immediately got in line at the snack bar. After waiting in THAT line for over 20+ mins, I was told they are no longer making pizzas for the evening (7:05pm). All they had to offer were 3 slices of overcooked cheese pizza. They were out of soft pretzels, popcorn was old, most bottled drinks were out of stock and the icee machine wasn’t working but I could “check back in 20 mins for that”. No thanks. The “theme” was a joke. A few cheap Stranger Things table decorations scattered around the cashiers counter, one random table with a ST’s table cloth, cupcake holder (no cupcakes on it…??), plates and napkins. That was it. Nothing actually on the table. No decorations or other items to even hint it was a Stranger Things “special” anything. The music they played wasn’t even 80’s music, lol. It was current pop/rap/hip hop. Had to walk down to another store to get a bottle of water since the snack bar line was so long and oh yeah, Skyzone charges $4 a bottle. Cleanliness is awful. Dusty and dirty areas everywhere with trash all over the place, overflowing trash cans and sticky surfaces. Oh, and the pizza they weren’t making anymore? Guess they decided to go ahead and pop in a few more pizzas after all around 7:30 but that was AFTER I paid $9 for three slices of pizza when a whole pizza is $20. This was a huge disappointment and not the first time this location has left a bad impression. I understand the labor shortage and a busy, weekend evening. However, it’s pretty obvious to me that the owners of this location are not at all concerned with providing an experience for guests that matches the extremely high price point of everything from admission to snacks. Pretty irritating, frustrating and we definitely won’t be back unless I hear things have improved...
