NOIR Hampton: Simply A Panache Lounge — Attraction in Hampton

Visited Noir Lounge for the first time to hear the pianist Tim Ferguson and our group of four were the only ones in the lounge. The hostess was very pleasant and the music was spot on. The waiter while pleasant gave vibes of being new as the simplest questions could not be answered. The evening special featured $2 frozen margaritas. The food ordered was basic fries and wings. The menu is not that lengthy so staff should certainly know how many wings come in an order. Servers should always be able to speak to the menu and specials in detail. No ding against Noir, we will definitely be back because it is vitally important to support our businesses. Every person connected to the business however must always operate in a spirit of excellence and be on top of their game. As the only guests on a Saturday night it felt a bit odd and I guess I was looking for something to draw me back outside of the sexy black decor. Before leaving we engaged the hostess in conversation and she shared the perks of being a member and assured us we came on an "off" night as there may be other local events happening. Finally, I would add Noir lounge is one of 3 buildings. The staff at each location should be familiar with all three. Initially we asked one of the staff at the restaurant for directions to Noir Lounge and they directed us to the event space directly across the street from the restaurant where there was a private party. Never been to this establishment, so I figured I'd support and try something for the grown and classy! I signed up on the 22nd of July. However, I have yet to receive a welcome email with details regarding my secret society membership. Communication with the establishment has been a bit difficult. I hope they will reach out today! And, in time for me to make tonight's event before it is sold out. I would hate to cancel due to lack of communication.

Update(2 stars to 5 stars) Someone reached out to me via-email the 2nd week and was able to get me straight with my buy1 get1 membership. I attended the candlelight concert & it was beautiful. The ambience was amazing & the food & drinks were delicious! Our waiter was polite, professional & very attentive. I’m not sure why the sign up process for membership was a bit difficult- however, I’m happy that I decided to be patient and give this establishment a chance. When I arrived for the event the ladies that checked me in and helped me with my membership card were beautiful & so helpful!

I am looking forward to returning this month! I think I may just be a regular!

I came for the brunch after dark and I had a terrible experience. The brunch started at 10 and I arrived a little after 10:30. When I came in, there were no seats available. I asked the hostess for seating and they informed me that I would have to find a seat. I found a seat at the bar but my partner had to remain standing. We waited about an hour for a table and when we got seated the table was dirty from the last party. When our waiter arrived I asked if I could get something to clean the table or have it cleaned, she told me yes and never bought anything so we had to eat our food on others crumbs/trash. The tickets stated we would have beignets, potatoes, and fruits and we only received potatoes. Very disappointing...
