My experience was so poor that this is my second review ive ever given. I was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroid and Graves so i do use marijuana both recreationally and medicinally. As a result of my illness i have anxiety, panic attacks, etc.. which results in social anxiety and other problems… Im not comfortable trying new places i only went because my son referred me and invited me to go with him. Our experience with the bud tender was to say the least bad to the point her body language and behavior embarrassed me and made me feel as if i wasn't welcome. I could not wait to get out of there. At one point I apologized and I don’t even know why to be honest. She was not knowledgeable of anything. I clearly seen that they had what I needed for concentrates on the menu that i use for culinary purposes i explained to her what I needed them for and still got an attitude when I told her no that is not what I am looking for and that I needed a quantity for a good deal that is just pure thc no additives she proceeded to show me everything that I did not need. I left with no concentrates. I would’ve spent much more and became a loyal customer as I did like the prices and my experience at the front. However not only did the bud tender show she could care less but I’m quite sure her coworkers seen too however, no one stepped in. I have friends that work at dispensaries who get complaints for having skin or stomach’s showing. I could care less what someone looks like but the mannerism they treat me in since I am coming to spend my money does matter. I’ve been in this industry for over 15 years and I’ve been to many dispensaries I’ve never been treated this way. I will not be returning. In addition we still tipped. Kill them...

UPDATED 6/13/2022 Had a lovely time with Cheryl who gave us great service. This location is always FULLY stocked and one could spend hours just looking at all the merch. Love it. Keep it up PUFF and looking forward to a free joint with this review! CRV

UPDATED REVIEW 8/28/21 We had to restock after arriving home from our Honeymoon. We are always pleased with the variety and quality of products here at PUFF. The store is organized and clean and people keep their distance respectfully. Thank you Puff and Staff!

My Husby and I had to make use of the sales going on today at Puff. While the line seemed long, it did move steadily and we left with some nice flower and a concentrate without issue. Shout out to the staff who were moving it and wearing appropriate face masks. Thank you for the security team as well just making the visit more comfortable. We will be back!

first time coming so i got a nice discount. extra star for that. other than that, check your products before you leave. seems like they have a bunch of old stuff. both of my carts were from 2022, one almost 2 years old & the other 15 months. the free edible they gave me for being a first timer were dated to expire in 2 days & they were also packaged originally in 2022. also just got a lot of the wrong things. asked for hybrid jeeters. my budtender named off the hybrid ones but when i get home, one pack is sativa one pack is hybrid. also asked for live resin infused pre-rolls & told the budtender i didn’t really like the thca or hash infused. she went over, looked at them & said they’re all live resin infused. of course when i get home i have a thca infused joint. just look over your stuff before you leave is all i can say. can’t even call to try to speak with someone. phone just goes straight...
