I have the worst experience with this site. I have been using CVS at other sites for many years, I always see the professionalism, but not this site.
Several bad experiences so far, but particularly: my wife had a dental surgery in July and the doctor gave her 10 days anti-biotics. I took it home for her, and two days later, she told me the medication was only for 3 days, not 10 days. I simply couldn't believe that because I can't believe the pharmacy could make that kind of mistake. I counted and only saw three tablets left which is for one more day (3 per day). Yes, that was a mistake from the pharmacy! I wanted to call the store about that at that time, but I saw my wife's situation was not getting worse, so I didn't call, but thought I should let the store know about it so they don't make the similar mistake.
Today I went there for my wife's medication, and I mentioned what happened last time. But first a women staff kept saying she couldn't understand me. Then another women staff (maybe the manager?) came, after I told her the story, she simply said I didn't bring the bottle to the store at that time, so they don't have any evidence. It seems to her that I was lying!
That was unbelievable! I was hoping I should hear an apology about what happened to my wife's situation. As pharmacy store, ensuring dispense accuracy is the basic and minimal thing to do.
But unfortunately, at this store, I don't see that, not mention the basic professionalism as health professionals.
Certainly, I will not use the...
Read moreThe Pharmacy had a line of over 10 people waiting for vaccinations. I had an appointment for 5pm and I waiting over an hour and 15 minutes. He began taking people out of Order and people began to get extremely angry. Even after people began complaining started to move even more slowly. He did not apologize to anyone who was waiting, nor did he explain what the issue was. It seemed as though he was purposefully going slow I order to get people to walk away or leave. One lady who was working in the pharmacy seemed to be working double time to appease people and do the best job she could. She was a rockstar. I genuinely felt bad for her. She eventually tied to calm down the mob of angry people and told us they were short staffed, missing the pharmacists who worked in tandem with the other pharmacist. It became obvious that the pharmacist did not care about the people waiting and it seemed as though he was purposefully going even slower to prove a point to cvs that he needed another pharmacist. Which I’m sure is true but not a tactic to use on people to prove a point. Even after I was seen, after waiting for an 1 hour and 15 minutes. (I did have an appointment and confirmed it with them) there was no apology, no explanation for the shot, or side effects or any consultation what so ever. I was just given a blank stare until I walked away. It was comically bad. I’m not one to write reviews but that pharmacist...
Read morePharmacy staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I called in reference to a patients medication and no "Good morning how are, how can i help" it was "hello" in an annoyed and unwelcoming tone. To which I followed with a good morning I am calling in reference to... When answering my questions the woman who answer the phone had an annoyed tone the entire conversation and even began to speak firmly above me not allowing me to finish my question. At which point she told me " you can either get something started or your patient can pay 400 for her meds". The "something" she was referring to is a prior authorization which requires a generic for the medication which does not currently have a generic to be tried. I told her that I did try to start one and was informed by the insurance it was not required. She told me "it says it does on my end so I don't know what to tell you". At which point I just gave up and said thank you good bye. I would have understood the attitude had I given one but I never raised my voice I never spoke over her. Terrible service I do not recommend at all. I wouldn't go unless you have no other choice. Sadly Aetna is contracted with CVS so my patient is forced to use this CVS if she wants her...
