Inner Spirit Studio — Local services in Hanover Township

What a delight! Did a little research to find this studio. We were traveling with family for a wedding close by. My sister owns a hot yoga studio in Nags Head NC and is super picky. This place did not disappoint. Plenty of space. Great heat. Instructor qued well and suprisingly I loved her 90s esq play list.The owner lent me her mat which was just above and beyond. This studio has a positive spiritual vibe which is very crucial for a true yoga experience. The proprietor Angelo expresses great passion that inspires other teachers as well as students. The combination of talent and caring allows true healing and strengthening. I recommend this place to anyone who is ready to challenge themselves for a healthier way of life while connecting to their inner spirit. I personally prefer to travel 30 minutes to come to this studio than to go to any other place.

I'd argue this is the best yoga studio around - facilities are clean and bright, instructors are all great (especially Christina), owner and staff are so warm and friendly, and I can go on. Jen, Leslie, and team make sure that there is a community feel, and so it's always feels so warm and welcoming to go there.
