Five Below — Attraction in Hanover Township

Store is nice! Aisles have more space than most of the ones I've been to. I like that the employees greet you when you enter the store. The older supervisor is extremely rude though. While I was shopping, she said, "Oh jeez," then sighed. Then she yelled for someone to bring a cart, twice. Next thing I knew, another worker came by and handed me a cart so I said, "Thank you," and took the cart. Gesture was fine but how she did it was wrong. I didn't even want the cart and she should've asked. I was standing near her the entire time she was yelling for the cart and she barely even looked my way. I had 3 things in my hand. I was more than capable of holding it so I rolled the cart around the store empty on purpose. So if you shop here, they have tons of goodies to pick from, but make sure you...

Two stars because we generally love 5&Below. I entered this store at 11am on a Thursday and found it nearly empty and a "high" clerk attempted 3x to check me out trying to charge me $39 for a $15 balloon set. He was not scanning, rather touching his screen. After 4th attempt he duplicated an item we asked for manager who made it seem like issue was the scanner. I think they are intentionally scamming customers who aren't being completely attentive to the total. Additionally, the screen doesn't show all items, kind of fishy. Be careful...

Good items but the customer service isn't great. There was a line of people, the person in front of me finished, I went up to the open register, put my things down, and the two employees behind the register dis not acknowledge me, they continued talking to each other. After about 2 or 3 minutes of me just waiting, a guy told me to go to another register. If he told me that his register wasn't open, I wouldn't have just been standing there....
