I have visited this establishment a few times, and while the food itself is quite good, the atmosphere and service have not been very comfortable or welcoming. During my most recent visit yesterday, the staff seemed to be acting strangely and were laughing at me in an off-putting way.
As I approached the counter to look at the menu, I noticed one of the employees walk over to the tip jar and start moving the money to another location, seemingly implying that they thought I might try to steal the small amount of change. The employees continued to stare at me and laugh, which made me feel very unwelcome.
When I went to sit down, the staff member taking orders asked me if I still wanted to place an order, but did so in a mocking tone while continuing to laugh. Overall, I left feeling that the front-of-house employees exhibited prejudiced and unprofessional behavior that ruined my dining experience, despite the quality of the food. Read moreOne of the workers was really rude and giving given me attitude and another worker give me a dirty look and attitude only because I called to place an order and I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes which I got there 10 minutes before I was told it would be ready and they wouldn’t let me go in and then they wanted to switch up and say it wouldn’t be ready until almost 12 but they open at 11am. Need to get better workers and ones that aren’t going to be lying over the phone and once you get there they don’t let you go inside to pay. I understand that it might take some time to cook the food but in that case just say “it’s going to take 45 minutes because we just opened” instead of giving attitude and saying it will be ready...

During my past visit, I was ignored until I said "hi". The guy was rude when I was asking about pricing. He took my card, inserted it and didn't turn the pin pad to me. He stood there until I picked up the pin pad to enter my pin. That has never happened to me there, NEVER. He placed the receipt further away from me instead of in front of me like a normal service provider. I work in customer service so I pick up on rudeness very quickly.
