I’m currently in town, this my second time visiting this location. First time fanatic food, excellent service. Today was definitely different. Melody was handling my food with her terrible customer service. I wanted to purchase two bigger plates. She was obviously upset today, she did not greet us and it’s weird because The first time I visited this location, Jen was super friendly and extremely helpful. I was actually excited when I got back in town to eat this again for lunch. She was pissed when I asked for a second plate and she didn’t bother to ask my fiancé if he was ordering a plate she kind of skipped over him and tried to go to the next family behind us. My fiancé asked to try two of the meats they offer just to double check which ones he wanted because he had the option of getting three, she was so irritated, it scares me that this person was serving us food that we were actually paying for. Then when we got to the cashier to pay, again Melody was the assisting us. My fiancé wanted to try the juice that Panda makes, he bought guava, but it wasn’t good to him so he asked to switch it for peach she made us buy a whole new juice, that shocked me. She was totally disgusting about it, i’m not confrontational so I did not reply rude to her, but I will never come back to this location again. Also, I asked for plum sauce she gave me 2 packets, I asked for more because we had Two bigger plates I received 3 more, When we got in the car, she gave me chili sauces. And I guarantee that was intentional, but I had a little bit of extra time so I’m jus drove back over there & exchange them. & Jen was there again to assist, which was great b/c i felt in my heart to return this food & get a refund. It’s just so sad to see that a panda express worker would like you to sit at work with them because I don’t get paid to go to Panda twice in one day but she gets paid to stay there with a nasty attitude and ruin everyone’s...

Told me something will be ready in "2 minutes" but it took 20 minutes. Clear lack of communication. They didn't start making it till 2 mins before I got it. The guy making it had no idea that the "customer" was waiting. And the guy who billed me 18 mins before didn't bother following up and all he had to tell me was the stock reply "we had to change" something. Read moreThis place was awesome when they first opened but they've slowly been going downhill since. Used to get healthy portions but they've been cutting back on what they provide. A bigger plate(equivalent of a large) now feels closer to what the big plate(equivalent of a medium) used to provide.
