Best smoke shop I’ve ever been to!!

The staff here know their products like wine connoisseurs know wine, except instead of swirling merlot, they’re recommending the perfect vape flavor, glass piece, or etc. Every time I walk in, I feel like a VIP… or at least like someone who might become a VIP if I keep spending my paycheck here. Prices? Fair. Selection? Impressive. Vibes? Immaculate. If your smoke shop doesn’t make you laugh while helping you find exactly what you need, you’re going to the wrong one. This is the spot.

When Melanie is working, she runs this place like a pro, I come for the goods, stay for the laughs. She is the whole package, Best Customer Service, Best Product Knowledge, and Best Reason You Suddenly Bought Three Things You Didn’t Know You Needed. She remembers what I like, makes spot-on recommendations, and somehow makes every visit feel like a mix of a shopping trip and a comedy show. Mike is awesome too, he goes above and beyond for everyone, super friendly, always makes you feel welcome, and clearly knows how to hire the best people (ahem… Melanie). But let’s be honest, Melanie’s the star here. If she ever leaves, I’ll probably just start ordering online and crying into my rolling papers. This shop is clean, well-stocked, and has the kind of vibe that makes you want to hang out even after you’ve paid. Attitude is so bad , i complimented the store , the guy there was rude , I was about to spend about $150 , I dropped a hookah head and I told him not to worry as I will pay for it , I was checking the hookah and asking him questions but everytime I asked he huffed and puffed and seemed annoyed that I am in the store , I told him I'm here to spend me and that he should relax and let me see what i am buying , and his response was that they usually don't let customers check the hookah before purchase , I was clear that I am buying it and i wanted more accessories for it , but because of the Attitude and how rude he was I decided to not buy the hookah and go somewhere else , I made sure to pay for the hookah head that broke before I left , ( before I asked him how much and he said $8 and when we went to the register he said $16.50) I gave him $20 and told him to keep...

So I went into the shop last week to purchase some Kratom. I tried to take the first tablet out of the package and noticed that the foil appeared to already be broken. I get these tablets all the time and this looks nothing like the ones I usually get for this brand. I figured Maybe there’s a new formula and this is how they are now. So I took the tablet and it was not Kratom or anything like it. So I have no idea what I took. To me, it appears that someone strategically took the tablets out of these packages and put something else in place of them. I wanted to leave this off-line and not write a review, but I had called the store and told them to leave a note for the owner to call me and have never heard back over a week later.
