This place is literally one of the reasons I sold my Porsche. Horrible customer service. Extremely long wait times. They assign you to associates who you are supposed to text/call but it is a terrible service. Whenever my car needed something, I dreaded coming here. Even with an appointment, you’re there for hours. One time I had an appointment to get my AC fixed. They ended up keeping my car for over 2 weeks after I was there for over 2 hours. Didn’t give me a replacement car because they “didn’t have any available”. I understand receiving parts takes time so I that wasn’t even an issue for me (although they originally told me it would only take a few days). My issue is that there was no communication. After my car was there 6 days I texted Zain to see if there was an update, no response. 7 days later I texted again asking for an update, and finally received one the next day. It was another 3 days before my car was ready. I went over 2 weeks without a car and they didn’t care.
Another time I called ahead and spoke to Chloe and mentioned that my signal light was out. She told me to “come on in because they’re not busy now”. I get there and it takes 45 min for them to take my car back. I ask Chloe how long this will take because I only came in today because she told me it would be quick. She told me “well you are a walk-in so we are trying to fit you in” when she was the one who told me to come in over the phone. After more time passed I asked her to go check on my car because I had an appointment to get to. She does and tells me that my light is actually an LED strip and they will need to order the parts but they should be in tomorrow and they will call and let me know. They could have looked at my car immediately and told me it was an LED strip instead of making me wait all that time. Then she sits back at her desk and grumbles about how she missed a call that she had been waiting on when she went to go check on the car. 12 days later and still no call about the light. Instead I get a text from Chloe asking to rate my service visit. I told her that I still hadn’t been serviced. She told me she would check on the parts for my light and let me know. 3 days later, no response. I called and texted and nothing. After the third day she texts me and tells me they mixed me up with another customer and asked if I could come in next week. I said yes. She didn’t reply back for 3 days. After the third day I texted asking when I could come in and still got no response. I called and no response. So I finally called the service center number and not Chloe’s. It directed me to Chloe and I was finally able to speak to her and come in for my car.
It really is a major inconvenience having to come here. Makes having a Porsche...
Read moreI don't know where to start with these guys. We had a headlight get broken from hitting turkey vulture. Brought the vehicle down for a headlight replacement and they replaced it but the headlight was defective and they wouldn't believe me. I had brought the vehicle back no less than four times telling him what the problem was and they kept telling me there is no problem. So finally one day I went up there and had to act like a bull in a China shop to get their attention to fix the issue. Upon listening to me and letting me show them the issue, they agree that the headlight was bad. Oh I forgot to mention, I live about an hour and a half away from this place so it's pretty frustrating driving 3 hours leaving a car for days to get told that there's nothing wrong with it, when clearly there was. Then there was a time that Porsche sent out a automatic update to the vehicle and fried the complete computer system. I call them to tell them I came back from vacation, only gone 2 days, and they tell me that these cars are not meant to be sitting all day. They need to be driven at least 15 minutes a day! Stupidest responsive ever received! That was just a manager giving the lady on the phone some cookie cutter BS. Then they tell me, vehicle under warranty, I have to have it towed in and if it isn't their problem I have to pay for the tow. So I bring the vehicle in and they keep it for months to get it fixed. Another time I brought my vehicle in for service and when I picked it up there was a rattling under the seat. So I brought it back and I said hey is something rattling under the seat. They took it back back. Kept it for about a day and then they told me that there was a " a pencil in the vent under the driver seat". Well instead of paying on the extreme rate to remove said of pencil I did it myself. Well there was no pencil. There is a ball bearing under in the vent. There is absolutely no way we put this there and it's kind of odd because it occurred as soon as we picked it back up from them getting work done. I thought by working with Porsche I was going to get exceptional service, honesty, and quality but instead I got lies, run around, and deception. Needless to say, these guys completely drove me away from ever buying from...
Read moreFirst, let me say that based on the reviews on this site people either love this place or hate it! I just had my 2022 Cayenne in for 20k service and some minor issues this week and the service was not up to Porsche standards. According to my son who delivered my vehicle the place/building is awesome. For a point of reference, I have owned Porsches since 1995 and currently own 4 models. My issues: They did not address 2 of the issues i sent car in for and acted as if they had no ideal about what i was talking about after I received my car back without the issue being addressed( Although I personally went over this with the service rep at time of scheduling) Zain the service rep spent too much time trying to get me to do expensive services that I did not want. He should have spent this time confirming that my issues were addressed! He did not once confirm with me the reasons for the service appointment and since I personally made the appointment I assumed he knew. 3.Daniel Joffe the service manager spent a fair amount of time telling me what i needed to pay for instead of trying to be helpful. For instance he suggested I change the brake fluid and windshield wipers on a car that is 15 months old and has 19000 plus interstate miles at a cost of over $900.00. When I declined and told him that i would do it next service, He refused to turn off my service lights and said it was a porsche mandate! I confirmed with Porsche North America that this is not the case.
In summary, as always be aware of Service Centers and protect your interest. Porsche is a terrific brand and product, the cars and service are expensive but worth it IMO. This pressured up selling is deplorable, there is ample profit build in already. The 1 star is to remind Porsche service center South Atlanta That they have a lot of room for...
