Our water comes from Concord and/or Albemarle, not Harrisburg. Harrisburg buys it then marks up the price, there is no water plant in Harrisburg. Check out this quality! These pictures show "Harrisburg" municipal water going through a 20 micron filter for 3 months- that's an interesting bright orange isn't it folks?! Keep up the great work Harrisburg! Bill all those customers for whatever you think you're doing.

These fascists do not mess around. I made a mistake and only paid $55 of my $65 water bill, nearly 90% paid - I know what you're thinking, I'm an irresponsible delinquent and deserve to be thrown under the jail. Within 10 days I was notified that, unless I paid a non-refundable $100 delinquency fee my service would be disconnected and then, even more fees would be added. I've been a resident for 5 years with my account in good standing but, no mercy. Sometimes I wonder if there is any humanity or compassion...

What a beautiful new complex! The area is uniquely laid out with plenty of parking. The complex itself is very nice, clean and is not busy because of the COVID-19 problem. Someone is thinking with families and consumers in mind in the Harrisburg local government because it's located next to a shopping center, main highway and housing where mostly seniors reside....
