My brother recently ordered food at this location. The workers forgot to place nuggets (that he had ordered) in the bag. I told him he should go back the following day and just simply ask if he could receive nuggets in replace for the ones that were forgotten in his previous order. The following day my brother went in to explain the situation and what had happened. My brother didnāt bring in his receipt but he had his online mobile order pulled up for the workers to see. The workers were very condescending towards my brother making him jump through hoops just for a simple order of nuggets (they asked him who the manager was on site the day he ordered⦠like who in the world would know that when ordering via the drive thru). The workers ended up ignoring him making my brother sit there for way longer than he should have just for him to grab a different employee and request a manger. A worker eventually ādid my brother a solidā and refunded the money for the nuggets. My brother was just simply wanting the nuggets he had initially paid for reimbursed and was looking to order another meal as well. He ended up leaving and taking his business to another food place. I know this is fast food.. i worked fast food for a good bit of time and the amount of food weād give away for customer service was more than youād expect. The cashier whose name begins with the letter n as in Nancy. Seemed to think that this was a joke. I pulled out of the drive-thru line and shortly after I attempted to pick up my drink which exploded in my hands because the lid was not on tight. I was upset about this but I didn't turn around because I was a bit ticked off. So I ran my errands and picked up a meal somewhere else. After running my errands for the day I returned to the same location in Harrisburg, NC and explained what happened to the same representative that was there at 1:20 p.m. today. She sought out her manager who attempted to make me feel like I should be honored to to have my meal replaced. As my meal was being prepared, the staff began to laugh at me and make quiet jokes behind my back. I was offended. I had not eaten anything other than the fries in my meal and the drink had spilled. Yet I was still made to feel like I was some ingrate or greedy customer attempting to get free food despite the fact that I had brought their food back. This is the 4th time in a row now i've had either an incorrect order, no sauce or napkins in the bag, or just no receipt so I can't make a complaint/give feedback. This is the first time i've actually gotten my receipt so I can give proper information. I went through the drive thru at 5:24:02 PM at this location and it was raining and cold outside with no canopy or cover at the drive thru screen (Really inconvenient). I ordered 2 beefy fritos burritos and 1 shredded chicken mini quesadilla. I went up to the window and gave Emily J my money, she specifically asked me what sauce I wanted, I replied with "Fire please". She acknowledged I said it, closed the window for 15 seconds and came back with the bag of food, I went home and there was no sauce in the bag, my quesadilla was cold and soggy and the beef inside the beefy fritos burrito was luke warm with no fritos inside it. Very disappointed as this location used to have amazing service with amazing people working in it, now not so much. Lazy, forgetful staff. I'm not sure if I will ever be coming back to this location as the one on 29 N and Pitt School provides MUCH better service.
