I was very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I had a very important event the next day and I told the stylist very specifically what I wanted and how I wanted my hair but she seemed very inexperienced with the way she did my hair that it made me nervous for letting her be in charge but again, I respected her and trusted her in her job because she’s a hair stylist so I did not say anything. I had told her my bangs were messed up from a previous salon I went to and wanted her to fix it but she instead went ahead and cut more hair from my back hair to “even” out with the messed up hair and did not fix my bangs at all!!!! I had to stop her at this point. I wanted layers in the back but I had already lost trust in her work as she had already ruined my hair so I had no choice but to discontinue the service as I did not want to risk my hair getting even worse. They did not dry my hair. I asked to dry my hair, not blow dry which they said cost extra money. Do they all let their costumers leave with insanely soaking wet hair??? I was very confused by their system and service. I do not think they are licensed at all as I noticed as I was leaving the salon. They were no certificates. I did ask them and they had no response to that. The stylist did not do the job I requested, and as a result, I left very unsatisfied with my haircut. I would not recommend this salon to others. The prices are overly pricey. Haircut is $45 for women. Insane. Mens is $25 they said. Please, make sure to ask for the price before you do anything if you do decide to go. They are not good at all at their job. DO NOT...

I recently visited Zizzi Salon & Spa for a haircut. The stylist suggested adding a blow dry, and while I’ve had blow dries before, this was my first time getting one at this salon. The haircut was $45, and the blow dry was an additional $45, bringing my total to $90.
When the stylist finished, she told me I looked amazing. However, as you can see from my pictures, the result was far from that—I looked like a clown. The blow dry was not properly finished, leaving my hair frizzy, sticking out in all directions, and completely unpolished. Even after tying my hair up, it still looked messy and unkempt. I also included a picture of how I usually style my hair myself, and ironically, even without being a professional stylist, I am able to do a much better job than what I received at this salon.
Before even getting up from the chair, I told the stylist I was unhappy with the result. Her response? “I did my job. If you don’t like it, I cannot help.” The lack of professionalism and accountability was shocking. They later offered to fix it, but a professional salon should get it right the first time.
What made the experience even worse was that there was no apology, no discount, and no real effort to make up for the poor service. For $90, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I won’t...
Read moreThis is one of most horrible experience of Waxing.. the staff and management is so rude.. they fight with each other, so unprofessional.. they do not state their prices anywhere and then overcharge you or you have to leave half waxed.. I took an appointment, explained them what I want. Manager sent a lady she came in started waxing, she left hair at couple of places and started another hand, I had to point her to remove them. As she was half way done, she said I have another customer I can’t do more, then she and manager started fighting. Later another lady came in, nobody told her what she has to do, I explained her everything again. She started doing and then halfway she went and call the manager again, and manager says to do this you will be charged more. And I was like what u mentioned 30min ago.. I go to ZNails their another salon, for my eyebrows from Nishu, she is so polite and hard working. She suggested me once to go there but it was worst. They made me crazy. Will never plan to go...
