They look at you and talk about you in another language. I’m fluent in two languages and understand another two and they make you feel uncomfortable. Rude and condescending. Came in with my 8 year old daughter 1.5 hours before closing, yes I was a walk in. Lady told me it’ll be an hour. I said I’ll be right back and went next door to ride-aide, when I came back shortly after I was asked again what I’m there for. I said just for a manicure for my daughter. She snickered and said it was like this last time too, right? - if you care about your business don’t be condescending. I may be bringing my daughter today only but last time I came in I was doing my nails as well and pretty sure I had an appt. This place may be close to me but I prefer to go somewhere better. I had my own appt elsewhere yesterday and left a $20 tip. Don’t assume I wouldn’t give you a nice one just bc it’s a little girl’s nails you’re doing, I guess doing her nails was not worth it because you couldn’t charge a lot for it. Your loss. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Sorry won’t be getting my business again...

I gave it one start only because there's no option to give 0 star. This is the worst salon ever. They are extremely unprofessional, and don't know what they are doing. The first time I went to get my nails done. It took them 2.5 hours. they kept gluing and taking them off repeatedly. And by the time they were done, my nails looked fat and ugly. I had to go to a different place just the next day to get them ripped and redone. Such a pain! The second time I went in it was only for my eyebrows. I figured they cannot screw that up. But but was i wrong! The woman who did my eyebrows was clearly lost. She would disappear for 5-6 minutes while I sat with my eyes closed, pulling my eyebrows with two hands. She didn't even have the courtesy to excuse herself. I would open my eyes to see her gone. By the time she was done, my eyebrows looked worse than before. I had to ask her to stop, borrowed their tweezers and cleaned the eyebrows myself. I was there for more than 40mins just for that. They still charged me the whole price. Worst place ever. Please don't...

Well, after reading these reviews I can honestly say that 'everything happens for a reason'. After passing this business EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR WORK I decided to get my weekly manicure/pedicure combo conveniently near my home. I entered the business unaware that appointments are needed and requested to get pampered. The woman in the front and center of the business almost made me feel as though she was not interested in obtaining my business. She said she couldn't fit me in her schedule (mind you I was there around 3:00PM, nowhere near closing). I asked her if later on would be possible thinking perhaps she's really busy...and to not my surprise she said no. Maybe I'm over thinking it but I hope any affiliates to this business reads these reviews and learns the following: when you have a new customer, be kind and allow them a walk-in appointment. That's how you do business! Anyways, not mad because according to these reviews I wouldn't have had a good experience anyway....
