I came here today and dealt with Moe Sal, he was such a sweetheart and walked me through the entire process of getting a phone from point A to point B. He was knowledgeable and thirly explained what is the differences between phones and the differences in process. After a good talk with him he was able to convince me to switch to metro and grab my self a one plus n100 instead of my iPhone 12 with T-Mobile, this phone seems like its great and the service I was provided in the store is definitely something I'm looking forward to every month from now on. I simply asked for confirmation and clarification that the exorbitant price quoted for a single-line plan was the cheapest option available, as Metro by T-Mobile is supposed to be prepaid and affordable. Read moreI left the store at 7:03pm without what I was looking for. A few days ago i went there and upgrade one of my kids line without a problem for $100. Today I went to do the same thing for another line and the lady was charging me $20 more, which I couldn't understand why so I asked for an explanation which she was not able to provide, only repeated that ,that was the price.
